After weeks of searching for the spike in activity, they located the source at an undercover HYDRA base, and they were now on their way to search and recover whatever had caused the spike.

Zach was cold, he was always so cold. HYDRA never cared to give me blankets or even clothes for the time that I had been here. And damn had it been a long time. My cell was tiny, a metal door the only way to get in and out of the room, completely bare sabe for a toilet and some toilet paper.  At least they seemed considerate enough for that.

What I could gather from what they had said and the HYDRA symbol I could see, what that I was somehow in some Marvel Universe. Thanks Multiverse, this is great. Oh, and I'm apparently an Omegas. Which, from all the fan-fictions I read, is not a good thing. Some agents have said something about waiting for a natural heat to see how it effects me, and thank goddess it hasn't happened yet.

They haven't been doing too much to me, all things considered. I've been poked and prodded so many times....and violated by a spectrum. A lot of blood tests and other things that I have no idea what they do. I've had a few meltdowns but other then that I've just been shivering in a corner on the ground. At least I can pretty much rest as much as I want. Insomnia who?

It's been quite a while since they've last checked on me, and honestly I kinda want them too because it's somewhat warmer outside of the cell. Hell I wouldn't even complain if they beat me a bit while they do it, the bruises from last time have healed up a bit, and it's not like I ain't used to the pain. They aren't allowed to hurt me too badly, want to keep me healthy enough to have a heat. Them and their stupid tasteless oatmeal that I barely even eat.

A while later, as I'm thinking of different song lyrics to past the time, the door clicks and in walks one of the doctors. I perk up a little bit, cause she's my favorite, as she closes the door behind her. They no longer have guards stand in here with me, I stopped attacking them soon after being here, and now all they do is stand outside. I wouldn't really say attack anyway, I have zero strength and no training. Against HYDRA agents...yeah, I'm nothing.

"Hello Zach," Dr. Lizzy says as I un-curl from my shivering form and get a little bit closer to her. Sitting with my arms around my knees. I nod at her and look at what she has. She brought her regular clipboard....and the speculum. My heart starts pounding and I slam back against my corner.  She looks at me and sighs. "Come on Zach, don't make me get the guards. You don't wanna be sedated do you?" I whimper and look down, tightly shutting my eyes as my body shakes.

"Can I please get a blanket Beta?" I halfheartedly ask. They always say no. She sighs.

"You know you can't. Guards!" My eyes widen as I panic more and look up at her, shuffling closer.

"Wait no I'm sorry Beta, I'll obey I swear!" I cry out as the door opens and two guards rush in. She didn't even give me a chance this time....I guess she got tired of me asking. She looks at me for a moment, bowing to the ground in front of her. She huffs.

"As punishment they will stay in here to make sure you listen. One mess up and they sedate you, understood?"

"Yes Beta," My voice weak and breaking as I answer. This has happened often enough, but I hate it. It hurts in more ways then one.

"Good, you know the pose." I don't like it when she's like this. She's usually nice enough and we can joke sometimes, but when she's in this mood it's obedience or extra pain.

I nod and shakily move into the position. Closing my eyes and doing my best to dissociate from it all.
