So this is just the overall things that apply to my dr wold. Like Idol Life, how people act towards certain things and stuff like that.

Trainee Life:

- Trainees aren't mistreated in any way.

- The trainee system is effective.

- Trainees get mental and physical help if needed

- Trainees have time to see their families.

- Children under 13 aren't allowed to be trainees. (I did this simply because I just felt like anyone under 12 should focuse on like school work, friends, family and everything of that nature.)

- Trainees live in comfortable conditions.

- Trainees are allowed to live with their families if they live close to their company. (This was also important to me because like, if your 14 and your parents live close to your company but you cannot live with them and it just sounded really sad so this was definitely something I wanted to add.)

- Trainees are allowed to have social media (This as well because what 15-17 year old wasn't gonna be heavy on using social media??)

Idol Life:

- Idols are treated well by their companies and aren't forced to do things they don't want to.

- Idols aren't overworked. (I cannot stress this enough.)

- Idols aren't mistreated at award shows.

- Award shows are fair. (No because seriously, I'm looking at you MAMA.)

General: (Everything in this is so important.)

- Whitewashing doesn't exist

- People who aren't Korean get treated just as well as people who are Korean in the industry

- The harmful beauty standard doesn't exist.

- Racism, homophobia etc. doesn't existSurvival Shows:

- Evil editing doesn't exist

Survival Shows:

- Survival Shows are fair

- Trainees/Idols on Survival Shows live in comfortable conditions

- Voting is never rigged.

- Screen time is more fair

Yeah, so this is the overall everything about my DR World because some (most) of the things in the kpop community are so toxic and I wanted to eliminate as much as I could.
