Jennie's POV

“You saw it right? You saw it, it's not me right Babe?” I was begging her and then holding her hand.

But she just smirked at me.

And that confuses me.

“I don't know what you're talking about, will you please excuse me? I need to mind my own business, so just mind yours.” She then grabbed her hand and turned her back to me.

"B-Babe," I whispered trying to reach her.

But she just walked away.

She walks like she doesn't care if I'm soaking in the rain.

In this heavy pouring rain.

Why is everybody turning their back on me?

Why do I feel so alone?

And even her, whom I thought would help me out.

Seems like running away from me too.

And when I saw the truck coming from my direction.

I didn't hesitate.

What's the point of living if everyone is blaming you?

What's the point of living if you have no one to be on your side?

Even her? The person you thought would always choose you?

And fight for you?

And so as I walked in the middle of the road, I closed my eyes.

Better to die.
