Reunited

Old friends

"How will we get out of here?" Said Mako.

"No clue and don't even think about asking Zuko for a plan, we let him make a plan once and almost got killed." Toph said. 

Zuko turned away and crossed his arms like a child. Katara covered her mouth to hide her laugh. 

"Can you spirit bend Korra?" Asked Katara.

Korra noded

 "Yea but i need water and there's no water here."

Katara waved her arms around to try and pull water from the air but there was none. After a few hours around 5 more guards came to guard them. 

"Spirits have broken in." Said one of the guards. 

They all looked at eachother. They started to hear a fight getting closer to them. A person in all black came and tapped the spirits at certain points. The spirit fell to the ground not moving.

"A chi blocker." Jinora mumbled. 

The masked spirit grabbed the keys and opened the cell. They took out dark spirits like it was nothing. They guided everyone through some hallways and soon they met up with another two spirits dressed in the same things. One was a fire bender and the other was using knives that look oddly familiar to Korra, Katara, Zuko and Toph. To be honest all of them seemed oddly familiar. Katara, Zuko and Toph were all keeping up pretty well considering their age. Once they got out of the prison and ran into a forest. 

"We're deep in dark spirit territory." Said the knife throwing one. 

The voice was so fimlar to Zuko it was hurting that he didn't know who they were. After a bit of walking they ended at a small broken down hut. 

"Alright spill it, who are you three?" asked Lin.

The three spirits looked at eachother and shook their heads. 

"Later." said the chi blocking one.

"You'll have to stay here for a bit just until we can relocate you guys okay." said the fire one

Their voices sounded so familiar it was bugging Zuko, Toph, Katara and Korra but not as much. 

"Stay." one of them said it was hard to tell from the masks.

They all quietly kept away into the dark woods.

"Is it just me or do they seem... familiar?" asked Zuko 

Katara and Toph nodded their heads in agreement, Korra even shook hers a bit. No one bothered going into the hut. It looked like it would fall down any second crushing them. Soon enough the three spirits came back running. 

"We spotted some dark spirits heading our way, let's hurry!" said the chi blocking one.

The dark spirits' tentacles started to pour through the trees like water. Everyone ran, sometimes they would grab someone and the spirit would get a knife to the tentacle and would let go. 

"We're almost at the normal side of the spirit world!" said the fire bending one.

They ran and ran until they passed through some bushes and it was like they entered a whole new world. It was beautiful. There was green grass, huge colorful flowers and an occasional sport. The three spirits used to blend in with the surroundings but now they were easily seen. Suddenly everyone heard a bang.

"Calm down it's just a dark spirit trying to break the forcefield, look it can't get in." said the knife spirit.

They went to a huge field and saw a pretty cottage in the middle of it. It had steam coming out of the chimney that looked like someone was making tea. Before they went in the three spirits took a deep breath. They opened the door and there was an old man brewing some tea. He turned around to face them and everyone was looking at him in shock. Then one of the spirits bowed.

"Uncle, we brought some prisoners from the dark spirit prison." 

Zuko was almost in tears, that was Azula.

"Mai, Tylee, Azula go change out of those clothes and then come join us for tea." Iroh said in a soft voice. 

"Uncle, it-it's been so long." said Zuko.

Iroh walked over to Zuko and they hugged each other for the first time in a very long time. Once they let go Iroh gave Katara and Toph a big hug. Jinora was actually happy the dark spirits kidnapped them now, Zuko Katara and Toph got to see some people who were supposed to be dead. 

"You suck!" said a voice from upstairs.

Iroh rolled his eyes and put his hands over his face. Two people came rushing down the stairs, a fire nation girl and a water tribe boy.  

"Iroh Azulas is going to shoot me with lighting!" said the boy with a ponytail. 

The water tribe boy ran behind Zuko. 

"You're not going to shoot your brother are you!" he said.

"Ive already done that dumb dumb, now come out here and face me like a man Sokka." 

Sokka, Katara's brother, Lin Su and Tenzin's uncle, Zuko and Toph's friend. Sokka. Sokka didn't see Katara so he didn't really have that much of a reaction but when he turned his head he gasped like he saw a ghost. 

"Katara, is that you?" he asked.

She nodded her head, Sokka ran and gave his baby sister a big hug.

"I Missed you so much!" he said, squeezing her tight. 

He looked at her.

"You look like an old lady Katara."

She was old and Azula and Sokka looked how they looked when they ended the 100 year war (well Azula didn't end it but when she went nuts). Three more people came running down the stairs and they all gave Katara Toph and Zuko a big group hug. Once they all stepped back they could see who they were. Mai, Tylee, Suki and Aang.

"Welcome to the spirit world!" said Aang in a cheerful voice. 

That pushed Katara and Zuko over the edge and they started to cry. It was like they were in a dream. Even Toph cried a bit. Jinora was so happy and she finally got to meet her grandfather, Lin Tenzin and Su were smiling so much (it was weird to see Lin simple), Bolin was absolutely losing it and the others watched the old friends be reunited.
