kokichi oma mizuki did have sort of a problem kokichi with the lies he told, though mizuki ignored him so it was sorta of a quite rival between them.
himiko yumeno mizuki just found her a little frustrating to investigate with and when he says something about it, it would just turn into random bickering between the two.(this also making tenko chabashira sort of a rival too)
