Something was wrong, I could sense it. And with the way my heart always rammed against my heart whenever it did, I presumed it was bad.
So when I had ultimately caught on to the fact that I was living in a book. A book where I was the villain, a book where the good things only happen to the main leads, and the only way to be regarded as a good person is to take their sides, I wasn't too overwhelmed.
No, what did, or should I say stupefied me was that I had a past life where I also turned out to be a character, A character that just so happened to be the total opposite of a Hero. So basically I had lived one and a half-life as a character meant to be despised and unbeloved, and despised I was, because honestly who could ever love a villain
