He shook her, she frowned,
They didn’t kiss, what was it?
She looked down, at the ground,
He was confused, she could admit.
Her eyes locked with him,
As she searched for perfect words,
The room was dark and lights dim,
They stood in the gloom like nerds.
“Who are you?” She demanded.
His arm wrapped around her waist,
“Kneel down.” He commanded,
Then on her leg, applied some paste.
She tried hard not to scream,
Unexplainable; the situation she was in,
She found it no less than a dream,
When his fingers moved on the cuts to her skin.
Soon, she yanked his hands off,
Then gazed at his amazement,
His eyes mischievous, ready to scoff,
“Who rehearses alone at the basement?”
She gaped and covered her nose,
“The winner always practices alone.”
When his blue eyes reached her clothes,
She was hit by an emotion unknown.
Her gaze fell on the medicine he applied,
And the band-aid he placed on the cut,
She tried getting up, he sighed,
As she fell on her butt.
“You have danced so much already.”
He said and looked around.
“We’re leaving. Get ready.”
He added lifting her off the ground.
