um, I'm trying to grow plants in my bedroom window, per the title.
the plants are:
-a bonsai tree from the Walmart garden section (in a pot and everything) -aloe vera that I have had for many months now; also from Walmart -cactus that sometimes grows flowers; also from Walmart -basil that I got didn't grow from seed; transplanted to a terra cotta pot -some sort of ivy plant
