techno has liked mafia aus before on twitter. meaning he is probably okay with depictions of violence in fanfiction and au. techno has also said in the past that he is uncomfortable with shipping and people writing shipping fanfiction with him involved. it makes him the most uncomfortable when he is being shipped with his friends. he is fine with fanfiction about him existing as long as it isn't shipping. he has also stated that he is fine with x reader fanfiction.

he has also made it clear that he is uncomfortable with being called by his real name.

with the recent passing of technoblade, the fandom has become cautious to fanfics revolving around him. definitely do not write fanfiction about him being shipped with others, especially since he has passed away. it can come off as creepy and just not a good look.
