A month passed now things and equations are changing..
Ruhi started feelings for vansh and there Siddharth heart is melting for sanjana..
Kavin: is just confused why he don't know.

One day is weekend so all are allowed to go for outing.
So all had plans.

Ruhi vansh dushu and Ishita went to lunch .
Aditya koel and Siddharth went for shopping ..

Momani and purvi went there and saw Priya( baby).
And saw Meera is having stomach pain.
Purvi; checked her.
While  monami: hi baby remember m moanami yeh apki mummy hai kya.

Purvi; I think humko inhe hospital lekr jaana hoga.

Karan kavin and bhabhi
Bhabhi: tum dono on kr rhe ho shaadi.

Purvi; beta suno apko apki mummy ka number pta hai .

Later Kavin karan and bhabhi enter and saw baby is sleeping in purvi lap.

Bhabhi: mein iski mummy hu .
Baby: chachu mummy Kavin chachu aap log aagye .
Purvi; ji woh Meera .
Bhabhi: uske bhai ko bulaya h mein ..
Chlo m milkr aati hu usse .

And they left..

Monami: got a call from Sid and told Sid to come to hospital.

And then purvi saw some patients and looked that there kidneys are removed by saying it appendix aur something else.

And saw few people taking Meera to it room.
Purvi: isko kha le kr ja rhe ho tum log.
Dr: apna kaam kreiye madam .smjhe.
And push her .
Purvi: m bhi doctor hu thik h na mujhko mt sikhao usko operation ki need nhi hai .
