It wasn't a secret that Ava McGregor and Sean Rickman hated each other.
Their rivalry had been going on for years, barely anybody could remember how it started. No matter what, one always had to out-do the other. It even came down to where people would place bets on one of the two. Hilda Hendrix has already made £36 collecting the bets.
Every lesson they would wait, eager to know the champion of the class. After the announcements, you would see the snarls and the murmurs of the other students , knowing they had been defeated and lost their weekly allowance.
It wasn't until February 18th that everything changed. Changed for both of them.
