He held her hand and whispered with his broken voice...

Sid: tumne bola tha na ki tum mujse kabhi dur nahi jaogi?

Sana: mai jaldi aa jaungi bebu...

She tried to hold his hand.

Sid jerked her hand and stood up...

Sid:

Tumne koi promise nahi rakha naaz!

Mai hamesha se sahi tha..

Tumhare liye mai bas ek mamooli patient tha, nothing else!

His innocent mind was paining with negative, illogical thoughts, he absolutely didn’t understand that as a doctor, it was her responsibility to treat her every patient...

He was too scared to let her go.

He wanted her only for him!.

His mind was occupied with the thought that she really doesn’t want to stay with him.

Sana tried to hold him but he walked behind making her heart cry!

She said, 

Sana: I promise bebu...mai...mai bohot jaldi aa jaungi...

He chuckled painfully and said...

Sid: u Only do promises naaz par tum kabhi wo pura nahi karti...

She cried..

Sana: aisa nahi hai bebu.

Sid: aisa hi hai dr. Shehnaaz!!!

He said loudly making her shocked!

Sid:

tum saach mein bas ek doctor hi ho mere liye!

U just kept telling me that I mean so much to u!

Sab juth tha...sab kuch!!!

Jao tum....just go away from my life!

I don't need u!!

Mere pe meherbani maat karo! Mai khud theek ho jaunga agar hona hoga toh.

Or agar theek na bhi hua, toh bhi I can handle myself!

Sana stood there like a statue! Never in her life, she saw him this much angry!

He was childlike and stubborn but today her voice had immense pain!

She hugged him from behind making his eyes teary!

But extreme negative thoughts made his innocent heart break into pieces!

He was just thinking that she never chooses him, he was never her priority and it hurts!!!

Sid: leave me!

Sana cried loudly!

Sana:

Nahi nahi.. I... I am sorry... Maine nahi socha tha ki aap itna react karoge...

Nahi jaungi mai kahi bhi...mai yaha hi hu...

Sid pushed her slowly and shouted...

Sid: I don't need a person like u jo bas fake care dikhata hai...please chali jao tum yaha se!

Sana: nahi...mai nahi jaungi...

Sid:

obviously!  Pehle jaab rukne bolta tha taab rukti nahi thi, aab jaane bol raha hu toh jaa bhi nahi rahi ho.

Mai bhul kaise gya ki tum meri koi baat maanoge hi nahi....

U just used me!!!

His taunt made her shocked! She used Him? How could he even say that?

She was falling in love with him! Does he have any idea about it?

His sickness and emotions were making him over emotional and he was saying hurtful things without his knowledge!!!

Sana: maine...aap...aap ko kabhi use nahi kiya...mai aap ko...pyaar....

Sid: shut up!!!

He shouted loudly and started breathing heavily!

She tried to hold him to calm him but he said...

Sid: go from here! I am hating your presence!

His hateful statement made her poor heart break into pieces!

She was sobbing loudly!

She tried to pacify him but he looked at her eyes with his red eyes and said..

Sid: I hate you dr. Shehnaaz kaur gill..

.

She felt numb after listening this and ran away from there as she didn’t had enough courage to handle his hate!

.

After she left, he started crying loudly and fell in the floor while his head hitted with a flower base!

A servant saw that and informed rita maa and  rita maa took him in the hospital while calling Sana!

But she wasn’t answering the call!

He was going to be unconscious!  But before losing his consious he whispered...

Sid: naaz, meri naaz!!
