JIANG CHENG'S POV:

As me and sect leader lan head inside his room, i couldn't help but stop staring- or glaring in some people's eyes, but staring at his smile. He always has that smile on his face, i sometimes wonder if there's anything that cuases him to smile. If so, then i only want him to smile at me- WAIT NO- BAD JIANG CHENG!

I mentally face-palmed myself for thinking such thoughts. As we arrived over to his porch that has a table and a set of a jade tea set standing on the table.

"Sect leader jiang, please, have a seat." he offered me, with another one of his fond smiles. I felt a heat cross my face, but i quickly put my head down and sat on the seat he offered me to hide it.

"Anyways," he said, pausing for a moment to sit down. "what did sect leader jiang want to talk about on this fine morning..excusing the troubles." he asked me, with- again- another of his handsome and wholesome smiles.

I was about to punch him right then and there if he gave my another one of those smiles. (me: tsundere much-)

I gulped before saying anything. "uhh..." i paused, looking down at my lap to gather up courage to say what i wanted to say. I took a deep breath, and said, "i want to set up Lan Wangji and that stupid shameless idiot, Wei Wuxian."

I raised my head up high again, only to be meeting confused grey globes on the most handsomest face i've ever seen with a mouth slightly hanging down.

A moment of silent was laced into the air and the silent kinda got awkward. So i decided to break it.

"So? What does sect leader lan think?" I asked him, since he looked so dumbfounded..but cute.

WAIT WHAT? DID I JUST CALL A SECT LEADER CUTE? SPECIFICALLY THE SECT LEADER OF GUSULAN ITSELF? DAMN..IF LAN QIREN WAS HERE AND READ MY MIND HE WOULD'VE HAD A QI DEVIATION.

I immediately snapped from my thoughts to see what lan hu- i mean sect leader lan thought or say. Instead of me finding the same dumbfounded globes of his, i found excited and joyful orbs staring at me happily, with a smile reaching his eyes and showing all his pearly whites with a red tint in his lips, which is probably natural.

"Uhh..sect leader-" "OF COURSE! I'LL DO IT WITH YOU! DO YOU HAVE A PLAN YET?!" he yelled at me excitingly. (not just the plan😉)

He then just realized he broke a sect rule- judging by the shocked look on his face.

I let out a giggle, "who would've thought the one and only sect leader lan breaking one of his sect's rule." I teased a bit. He was red from embarrasment and held a hand to his mouth.

"And to answer your question, no. i haven't yet, so that's why i wanted to talk this out with you."

Lan xichen finally regained his usual calm self and said, "oh, so that's why! i have a plan in mind, but first, i was wondering, why do you want to set up young master wei with my brother?" he asked me.

With that question, a vein immediately popped up by my forehead. I seethed my teeth and growled a bit before answering- or complaining to him all the reasons why i wanted to set up his younger brother with shameless wei wuxian.

LAN XICHEN'S POV:

As sect leader jiang complained to me all the reasons why he wanted to set up my younger brother, wangji, with young master wei, i couldn't help but notice how beautiful he looked while looking angry and complaining. well, you could say he looked more cute then hot.

As he complained, he said reasons like how young master wei wakes him up by the break of dawn to tell him about his marriage dreams with wangji and how won't ever stoo talking about him and his handsome stoic stone cold face and muscular body, along side with his perfect and strong cultivation.

I silently left out some chuckles here and there while he was complaing, and hid some glances of me looking at his lips from him.

AFTER THE SAVGE LOTUS COMPLAINED

After sect leader jiang was done, his head was almost about to burst from all the steam and redness on his face. i offered him a drink of tea, which he furiously but i guess at some point, calmly accepted.

Once he was done with his drink, i recalled the let's find some cultivaion partners thing meng yao said.

"So, do you want to tell the plan now?" sect leader jiang asked,  snapping me away from my thoughts.

"I- oh- uh, yes! but.." i paused, knowing what i'll ask him will surely anger him.

"But? what is it?" he asked with a tint of unpatince laced in his voice.

"Uhm..i was wondering if sect leader jiang wants to make a deal, or a bet. either way you see is fit." I said, scared of what his reaction is when i ask him the main question.

"Depends on what sect leader lan is asking." he andwered in his most definetly polite voice. (dw his voice tone was bored.)

I took a deep breath and gulped. Even tho i know im quite stronger than sect leader jiang in cultivating, im still very scared of his temper, everyone in the cultivating world is. or the whole world is- actually. if they've met him.

"I want sect leader jiang to be my cultivation partner. of course, no dating, just cultivating as partners." I stopped to see what he looks like, and he looks kind of..flustered? was he flustered because of how mad he is but doesn't want to show it since it's kind of disrespectful?

I quickly said, "nevermind sor-" "In exchange for?" he asked. I was stunned by his question. "Uh-uhh..the plan to set up wangji and young master wei, but don't worry, it's a bad deal actually so don't mind it-" "Its a deal." He interrupted me again.

"Don't get anywrong ideas tho, it's only because i dont have plan right now and im willing to do anything to get rid of wei wuxian." He stated.

I didn't answer, but instead, just told the plan. It's going to be a long day.
