What Now?

"Babygirl wake up" I heard Demi's tired voice say as she gently shook me awake. "No can we just have a movie day?' I say snuggling up to her. She chuckled at my laziness. "We can but I need to talk to you first" she says in a serious tone. I look up at her confused but then flashbacks from last night started to play. "O-okay" I say sitting up next to her. She sighs and says "how long?" I look down and say "since I was 9" I say "why?" She asks gently grabbing my hand. "Bullies,stress,the fact that I'm a fat,ugly,worthless piece of shit who nobody will ever love and has no purpose in life" I say tears threating to spill from my eyes. I look up at Demi and stared into her beautiful brown eyes. "I-im s-sorry" I say trying to hold back tears. "Hey come here" she says opening her arms. I crawl into her arms and cry in her chest. "Shhh it's going to be okay Baby. I'm here. I'll keep you safe just like I always have." She says kissing my head. She starts to hum Nightingale and I start to calm down. "Demi?" I say her in a quiet voice. "Hmm" she hums. "Now that you know about me now what?" I ask "Well I'm going to talk mom and dad and see if they will let you stay with me for a couple of months or at least until you get better. I'll tell them I'm planning to take you on my Neon Lights Tour. There you will go to school online so no more bullies and I will be helping you through your recovery. I know it's not gonna be easy and that you are going to struggle somedays. But as long as you try that's all that matters. And no matter what happens I will always love you" she says emphasizing the last part. "Okay I think I'm ready." I say she engulfes me in a hug and kisses my head. "I'm going to be right here by your side through it all. Now stay up here for at least 20 minutes. I'm gonna talk to mom and dad and then call you downstairs okay?" She says "okay." I say she gets out of bed and goes downstairs. I start to get ready for the day as I put on a Nirvana shirt with a red checkered flanal and some black skinny jeans along with my white high top converse. "Destiny will you come down here please. I have a suprise for you" she says "I'll be down in a minute" I say while I finish doing my hair. I go downstairs to see Demi,mom,and dad sitting on the couch. "What's up?" I ask "Sweetie take a seat" mom says I nod and sit on the couch across from them. "Can I say it? I want to say it!" Demi says although I already know what's going I act confused. "Say what?" I say "go ahead Demi" mom chuckles. "YOU'RE GOING ON TOUR WITH MEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Demi yells happliy. "What oh my god shut up no way!" I say smiling and hugging Demi "oh shit im gonna be late for my hair appointment. I'm going to die my hair a new color." She says "again?!? You just changed it to blue like two months ago" I say "yea but blue is more of a winter color. I need something fun something no one has done before" she says "I swear Demi your hair is gonna fall out one day" I say "and when it does I'll look like a mother fucking badass!!!!" She yells as she heads out the door. I laugh when I got an idea for a prank I could pull on Demi. I head up to none other than my partner in crimes room. "Hey Mads I got an idea for a prank on Demi" I say "ooo I love pranks!!! What is it?" She asks I explain to her my idea and she nods as we get everything we need for the prank. Demi is gonna be pissed haha.
