AN: In this chapter I'm going to skip straight to when class is in session because just thinking about writing what happens as they're walking to class and the part where Jason has to introduce himself to the class is giving me a headache. I just don't know how to start it or how to end that part at least. Having writer's block sucks!!!! This chapter is going to be a moment between Joyline and Sevina. Well, here we go again. ~~~Chapter 3~~~
~~~Joyline POV~~~
As I was writing down some notes I noticed Jason was staring at me and he wasn't trying to hide the fact that he's just flat out staring at me like a creep! I looked around the class to see if anyone was watching him or even the teacher but it seemed as if no one cared what was happening. Today in class we had a free period because Mrs.Fields didn't feel like teaching so we were just either catching up on missed assignments or taking notes . Seriously though, it's kinda creepy and very ironic that no one else is seeing what I'm seeing.
'He's gorgeous' I gasped
'Sevina?!?! It can't be! I thought I lost you!!' said joyline with tears in her eyes
'I would never leave you'
'Now that's a lie! You left me to endure my mothers wrath!! You abandoned me!!'
"I did not. I was there the entire time. I'm sorry I never intervened, I'm sorry you had to go through that on your own"
'Why?'
'I was waiting for the right moment"
'The right moment?!?!? To do what exactly?' I can't believe she was here the entire time I was beaten by my mother and she didn't help me. When I needed her the most she was never there.
"I'm so sorry Jo, I should've been there for you when you needed me. No wolf should ever abandon their chosen person like I did. I know it is going to take some time to forgive me, but I do hope you can forgive me one day"
'I-I....I don't even know what to say to that' I felt my tears rolling down my face like Niagara falls as I tried to wipe them away before anyone, including Jason, sees them.
'I really am sorry Joyline.'' She is lucky I don't hold grudges for too long and she's the only one who really knows how I feel mentally and emotionally.
'It's okay. You have a lifetime to make it up to me. Besides, your stuck with me'
"Thank you"
'So, what do you think of Jason, our mate?'
'He's powerful, good looking and he smells divine' said sevina with a little hum
'Yes he is, but do you think he'll accept us with the bruises and all?'
'He'll be angry that someone has laid their hands on us. Possibly go on a rampage. We might have to be there to calm him down'
'Your right, but still, what if he doesn't want us even with all the scars and bruises? What if he rejects us?'
'I promise you, he won't"
"How can you promise that if you don't know that for sure?'
"Jo, I know for sure he'll accept us with all of our scars and bruises. How? By the way he keeps looking at you and besides I don't ever recommend rejection. It's painful, it could even kill you after some time being alone. Well, that's if you don't find your second chance mate in time. '
'Second chance mates exist? That's a thing?'
'Yes, I'll tell you all about it another day'
'Sure'
'Is he still looking?'
'Let me see' I slowly looked back to see if Jason was still staring at me but I turned my head back around. There he was, sure enough he was staring at me. I know for sure my face is as red as a tomato.
'He was still staring! And he saw me looking at him! What is wrong with him?!?!?!?! Is he just going to stare at me the whole period and not do any work? That's not creepy at all" Sevina laughed at me
'That's not funny!'
'Sorry honey. You should've seen that coming. I mean he's our mate , he's not going to stop staring at us. Right now all he will be thinking is about us and our safety. To him we are his everything, his weakness'
'Well , that's just... i don't even know what to say to that'
'Just be happy we have a mate some wolfs don't always find their mates like us you know'
'Yeah , yeah you're right. So how do I approach him?'
'What do you mean? You were just talking to him in the hallways you even bumped into him"
'I know but that's different! I bumped into him, and I apologised and in return I showed him the way to class"
'Stop being so naive! Just talk to him like you were talking to him in the hallways"
'Do you think he knows that we're mates?'
'Obviously, if he hasn't stop staring at you'
'Yeah...wait until I tell the girls. They're going to freak out!'
AN: That ladies and gents is the end for the third chapter. I'm not going to lie but, this chapter was actually a bit hard for me to actually re-edit because it was completely different from what it is now.
