Neon hair tutorial

By then, you should have your model's hair smudged. If not, go ahead and do that now.

Once you have done that, color in the hair using round brush (point) with the color black. (Note: This will only work if the hair is black to make it neon, or idk how to explain 😭)

On the same layer, lower the size and add small strokes to make it look like hair strands! But don't do too much, you want to make this realistic as possible.

Your model should look like this

Next add a new layer pick the color of the background or any desired color

Next add a new layer pick the color of the background or any desired color.  Make sure the circle is literally towards the center.

Then, draw the strands and make sure there's space between them

You can go ahead and do both sides. Once it's done, it should look like this

Add a new layer, and lower the opacity to 5 and make the size a bit bigger

Add a new layer, and lower the opacity to 5 and make the size a bit bigger. Fill in the spaces between the colored hair parts.

It should look something like this

Add another layer and set the mode to Add

Add another layer and set the mode to Add. Pick the lighter color of what is on your model's hair. Draw several strands.

Add another layer and set it to Add. Lower the brush size to 1 or 1.5.  Draw overlapping strands on the ones you've previously have drawn.
