so 🤞 i am getting better with the self harm stuff 💯 as of today which is october 24, i'm 1 month and 4 days clean :")
i'm very proud of myself; i'm not ashamed to admit it because earlier this year i literally could not stay clean for over an hour and now i'm like 1/12 of a year that's insane 😭
for my ed, i'm not really sure how it's going? one week i'm sure it's anorexia because i won't eat for 2 days and i'll weigh myself like six times in the two days but then other days i think i'm faking and i don't really have an ed cause i haven't lost enough weight in a short enough period of time. i'm not really sure about overall progress, but i ate today and yesterday and the day before (even if i did get really close to purging yesterday), and i've gained a little bit of weight so it's closer to a healthy weight so i think it's getting better.
i started learning my 5th? instrument and it's made me like really inspired to write songs so i've started songwriting a little which is nice
school's going okay, i started new antidepressants about two months ago and they help me like focus and be more productive but that might be a coincidence tbh i'm not really sure
i'm taking this one ap class and the teacher is so incompetent which is you know not really good cause like wtf is an ap class that's important 😀 but she like never tells us when we have stuff assigned or due and she puts grades in wrong and like she doesn't weigh the categories right so like quizzes will be worth more than tests and stuff 😭 like i literally don't think anyone in that class has over an 80 which is really annoying 😐🤚
