Jimin stared up at the building in Infront of him he prayed to do his best and show them he's the best, and mostly he won't see that person's face again who made him cry last time, He stepped into the building with a nervous smile on his face
He went to the receptionist again but to his relief, she wasn't there he tilted his head in confusion but approached the other lady with a shrug of his shoulder "I'm Park Jimin, I got a call that I was hired this morning...I'm here for the manager's assistant job" he proudly said smiling brightly at the new receptionist
"Yes sir, here's your card and I'll call the manager he will give the directions of the job" she handed him his employment card calling someone, he traces the card material with his fingers starring with admirable eyes it was his first time to get a proper job and he's hoping for the best maybe he will save his mother and will fulfill his brother's dreams with this job
Someone cleared his throat he looked behind him a man taller than jimin he had long blond hair he was standing there holding his hands behind his back he was very handsome he looked like a model standing like that and with the suit on, jimin bowed down and the man bowed down too "welcome to Kim J Park jimin" the man greeted him "I'm Hwang Hyunjin, manager of the CEO Kim Taehyung"
Kim Taehyung Jimin slightly raised his brows he heard that name before but where? He doesn't remember "nice to meet you sir" "you can call me by my name," Hyunjin said jimin checked his card and he was a year younger than him so he agrees it probably felt weird to be called sir by someone older than you
"Let's go I'll show you your office" he walked ahead and jimin followed him behind in a huge building like a lost puppy playing with his ring, they walked through the large crowd that was coming out of the room probably out of some big meeting and the ring he was playing fall on the ground so he crouched down to pick it up
And when he stands up boom hyunjin was gone in the crowd now he was standing there on his own lost in the building again, he face-palmed himself and tried to search for him but there wasn't any trace of him, he faced the wall in defeat why do I always mess up now he will think of me as a dumb stupid bitch who got lost in this building he kicked the wall
He put his forehead on the wall and started hitting it on the hard surface his old habit that he still does whenever he's confused and suddenly felt something soft getting in contact with his forehead instead of a hard wall he looked up and there was someone's hand
He looked at the owner of the long hand hell great "you are damaging my property" the man he currently hates the most says in his deep voice jimin looked at him in disbelief he's damaging the stone-hard walls with his soft forehead? idiot, "I'm sorry, sir" he apologized even though he doesn't mean it a little bit
Taehyung nods his head and started walking ahead after some moment he looked behind him jimin was standing there playing with the plant "why are you following me?" He asked, "who me?" Jimin points at himself "no I'm not following you" he replied with a fake smile
Taehyung stared back at him in a questioning way "I'm...lost... again" jimin slowly whispered biting his lower lips in embarrassment taehyung sighed "follow me" he commanded and jimin obeyed following him from behind
Taehyung stopped in his track when he felt jimin wasn't following him anymore he walked back and saw jimin standing in front of large screens watching the puppies playing with his shining eyes, he clenched his fists walking to him, taehyung grabbed him from his arm tightly and dragged him
Jimin tries to remove his tight grip but failed, he was so strong that makes jimin feel so weak in his hold, he dragged him into the elevator "what are you? a two-year-old? You got lost again and when I'm helping you you stopped again staring at the stupid puppies" taehyung shouted at him as soon as the elevator closed
Jimin flinched at his loud demonic voice "don't shout at me" he replied looking up at him "I'm your boss" he replied with gritted teeth "it doesn't mean you can shout at me or drag me like that" he said it louder this time to make it clear he's not letting him take advantage of being a boss and let him bully like that
Taehyung held jimin from his arm pulling him closer leaving inches gap between their face but their bodies were touching each other "keep your voice down or you wanna get fire on your first day?" taehyung threatened him jimin opened his mouth to say something but closed it back
He just stares at his devilish boss who was standing inches away from him staring deeply into his soul with his cold soulless jet black eyes the time was stopped for both of them but the opening sound of the elevator door bought them back taehyung held jimin by his wrist this time and started dragged him again, he stopped in front of an office.
hyunjin was already standing in the office talking on his phone when taehyung opened the door and threw jimin inside he stumbled a little, but because of his stable dancer figure he kept his balance
"Mr. Hwang do your duty properly," he said to hyunjin who bowed down apologizing knowing the evil boss behavior he doesn't give a warning and just fire you for no reason, just like he did with the receptionist "and you make sure I'll never see your face again" he pointed at jimin with his index finger and stormed out of the room
Hyunjin release the breath he was holding and approached jimin who was frozen in his place "hey, are you okay?" He puts his hand behind Jimin's back "I'm fine, he's just soo annoying and rude" jimin cursed himself again realizing he is talking to his manager, and what if he tells him? "I'm sorry" he apologized looking down
"It's fine and besides that, I agree with you he can be rude sometimes but only when you make him mad" hyunjin chuckled, and pats his back jimin rolled his eyes but smiled brightly when he looked at his office it was bigger than he expected it to be the whole interior was well designed
Hyunjin explained to him all his work, he have to make a schedule of his evil boss's appointments and meetings every day and inform them to hyunjin and check his emails daily and send it to them and some other stuff it wasn't easy but It wasn't hard either for jimin
After that, Hyunjin left jimin alone in his office, jimin sat down on his chair sighing he spins his chair around as he took a good look at his office admiring every detail, he looked down at his laptop stretch his hands and neck making a crack sound "let's do it".
