Chapter 1

"Well, Duke... we have bad news for you..." The doctor spoke, dissatisfied.
"What is it?" Duke asked with a frown.
"You're an omega."
"WHAT????!!!"

Duke was shocked at this news since he was originally a beta. But Duke was very ignorant when it came to his beta hormonal responsibilities, so, therefore, turning him into an omega.

Jonathan was shocked. He never thought that his best friend was an omega.

"I'm actually kind of turned on right now..." Jonathan said jokingly.
"Uh? Excuse me??" Duke laughed, embarrassed that Jonathan would say that.
"I'm kidding!! Only kidding!..." Jon chuckled and smiled.
It was quite awkward after, but they remembered the purpose of Duke coming over to Jon's place —- homework.

"I guess we better start doing homework." Duke laughed as he reached into his school bag and took out a bunch of math and social studies homework.
"You haven't done it yet?" Jon stared at the enormous stack of homework piled on the floor.
"No, not yet, haha!" Duke laughed lightly, as he took a pencil out of his pencil case. The pencil had a little charm on it — a heart.
"What's that on your pencil?..." Jon asked.
"Oh- uh... nothing!" He blushed and unattached the heart from the pencil, and continued to do his homework.
Then, Duke had a genius idea. He decided to get revenge on Jonathan's comment from before.

"Hey, Jon?" Duke asked, grinning chaotically.
"What??" Jon replied.
"Close your eyes and open your hand," Duke said, still grinning.
Jon did so, seeming confused through the process. Duke grabbed the heart charm and put it on Jonathan's palm. Then, he gently closed Jon's fingers over the charm and started laughing.
Jon opened his eyes and started blushing.
"What's this?... — he said, chuckling and examining the charm. — Is this your charm??"
Duke laughed and leaned towards Jon's hand.
"Yeah. Yeah, it is. You can keep it." He smiled mischievously, on the verge of laughing from Jon's bright red face.

Jon stood up and moved away, covering his face.
"Don't do that so unexpectedly—" He said laughing and walking away.
"I won't, I won't. That was just revenge for what you did."
