4.25 out of 5, I do like the sound of this! I can see where he earned his prefix from; however, I don't really understand where -wing came from. The suffix -wing usually is for free-spirited cats, whereas he seems to be the exact opposite.

In cat terms, you mean? (Though, it is possible-- highly unlikely, but possible! for a cat to live to 30. I believe the oldest was 34.) He would be 3 yrs old in our terms!

Nice, don't see many WindClan OCs. (They're also my favourite canon clan!)
APPEARANCE: A brown tabby with bits splotches of pale brown on his muzzle and front legs, including white paws and small ears. He as sparkling forest green eyes that shine a pale amber when hit by the sun. Tallwing is also very large and fluffy!
A lot of this could work, though there are a few questionable areas! How large is he, just a little oversized, or full-on Maine Coon? I can imagine that he may have a few paler spots, since there is less melanin on the muzzle-- though I'm not sure about his legs, but I have no evidence against it!
The one thing that may be a little inaccurate, though, is his eyes. Green eyes usually are a pale-yellow green colour, unless the cat is an Egyptian Mau. They're very pretty already, though! Here's an image:

He sounds like a very interesting character! However, I would note that some of his traits are a little bit contradictory (though I do love the mix of positive and negative characteristics!) I can't quite see how he's so strict to the code, yet thinks he can do what he wants. Perhaps if you had him believe that others should follow it, but thinks he's above it-- that would make for a very arrogant cat, though!
