♥️♥️♥️

Jisung woke up early, the sun getting into the room through the open window, the soft summer breeze caressing his face. He hunted lazily and turned to the side, feeling the cold mattress under him in the new position.

His eyes shot open as memories from the night before slapped him across the face, and he sat down so fast he felt his head dizzy.

Hyunjin had eventually fallen asleep in his arms, and it had been hell to put him into Felix's and Changbin's bed. The older of them decided to sleep on the couch that night, not wanting Hyunjin to have to wake up hungover in the living room. Seungmin had left a while after, asking them to tell Hyunjin to call him when he was feeling better. Jisung could see how much he wanted to stay in his arms, how much he wanted to know what all that was about but he also could see how much he was trying to stay out of it.

Him and Chuu had both gone to bed without talking much, both shaken up by what had happened, and though Jisung intended to talk to her in the calm environment of their house as they got there that night, those plans were once again ruined.

A door opened inside the room and he turned his head at the noise, finding the girl with a towel in her hand, hair a bit wet still and a white dress on.

He smiled a bit.

"Why are you up so early? Felix said we only have plans in the afternoon."

She bit her lip, throwing the towel to the bed and crawling over to him. Jisung's eyes widened at her face, she seemed very serious. He gulped and turned to her, both sitting crossed legged on the bed, face to face.

"I'm heading to Yves after lunch, she's leaving Paris today and I was supposed to go drop her off at the airport but plans changed."

Jisung furrowed his eyebrows.

"So?"

"So I'm leaving with her. Today." She looked at her lap, not wanting to see the boy's reaction. "I know this is sudden but after yesterday I-"

"It's my fault." Jisung sighed. "I should have talked to you sooner-"

"Jisung. Look at me." She cupped his face, seeing how red his eyes still were from the day before. "I'm going to say something and I want you to let me talk, okay? I don't want you to apologize or to try and say anything, I don't want you to blame yourself for anything, I just want you to listen to me, can you do that?"

He nodded.

"I can."

"Good." She smiled, letting her hands drop to his, taking both of them in her smaller ones. "I love you." His eyes widened, and he opened his mouth as if you say something he but she glared at him. "Shut the fuck up. I love you, and I'm sorry. I'm sorry because I've kept you stuck in this relationship for too long." He furrowed his eyebrows, and Chuu chuckled. "I've never loved you the way a girlfriend is supposed to love her boyfriend, but I did and I do love you, it just took me a while to understand that. But even when I did understand it, I kept dating you. Not because I thought I could ever love you that way, but because I was scared of who I could love that way." Jisung's expressions changed drastically.

"Yves-"

"I told you to shut the fuck up, you speak over me one more time and I'll cut your tongue off, Han Jisung!" The younger flinched at the threat, throwing his hands up and pretending to be scared of the girl. "As I was saying before someone rudely interrupted me, I fucked up, this Holliday. I came here to be with you, to be in Paris, but I ended up falling for someone else. And I knew it all along, that I couldn't like you that way because you are a guy." She looked at her lap, intertwining her fingers. "I cheated on you, a few nights ago. I didn't mean for it to happen, I felt so bad after, I just wanted to erase it all but at the same time-"

"It felt right." He whispered, and even Chuu didn't stop him from talking that time. She simply smiled.

"It did. Way more right than what we've had, but I was confused, because I love you. I love being with you, hanging out with you." She sighed heavily. "And then Hyunjin came."

"Hyunjin?"

She nodded. "We became closer in a matter of days after ages of not being able to click and... I realized I could get to love him in the way I love you. I love hanging out with him, skinship with him but I don't feel romantically attracted to any of you." She looked up. "I feel the same way about my boyfriend than I do about a new friend and that didn't sit right with me."

Jisung took her hands in his that time, nodding so she knew he was paying attention.

"I wanted to tell you sooner, but you seemed to have other things in your mind and I just realize at some point that I probably was not the only one feeling like that. I think I suspected all along that we were never supposed to start dating in the first place. And then... after yesterday..."

"I'm so sorry- I wanted to-"

"We both fucked up.", she smiled, pinching his cheek. "And I think we both have realized already that we're better off as friends, but I also think we need a bit of time."

Jisung felt his eyes water again, dropping his head.

"I don't want to lose you." He whispered, and Chuu got on her knees, shamelessly throwing herself at him, embracing the boy as they both fell on the bed. They laughed at the messy hug, tears falling down both their faces.

"You'll never lose me, Jisung. I could never live without having a daily squish of your cheeks." She pulled away from the hug a bit and demonstrated, making the boy whine as his cheeks were tortured. When they calmed down, she stared down at him, brushing a few strands of hair away from his forehead. She leaned in and placed a kiss there, letting him know she would be there forever.

"We're going to get up now and you're taking me to get ice cream. We'll have a great morning, enjoy my last day in Paris, and the have lunch with our friends." She cleaned the last tears that had escapes Jisung and grabbed his hand, pulling him up. "And then, if you want to, I want to hear about your boy."

Jisung froze looking at her, eyes widened as she smiled.

"M-my-"

"I'm not dumb. I know you didn't cheat on me for some random girl you met in a day, and I'm also sure it was not a one night thing. So get your ass on that shower, get onto some pretty clothes that look good with my dress because I want pictures and then if you feel like it, I would love to know who made you become a sad simp."

Jisung hissed and threw a pillow at her, laughing.

"You're a little brat."

"Thank you. Now go. And Jisung?", he turned again and she threw him a clean towel. "When we get back Hyunjin should be up. Talk to him, will you? I refuse to see you two go back to Korea still weird with each other now that I finally am friend with him."

Jisung only nodded, and she left the room.
