She was just sitting with him, suddenly his phone rang again, ishqi picked it up and gave it to ahaan saying kartik hai, uska pehle bhi aaya tha maine bola tha aap thk hai bas mein aapke sath hu zyada kuch nhi btaya...aap baat krlo...he picked up the call...kartik said ishqi bhai thk hai, ahaan replied mein thk hu kartik...kartik said thank god bhai, dara dete ho aap toh, sachme thk ho naaa... ishqi se baat hui thi pehle, maine bola mein aa jau unhone mujhe aane ni dia ki yaha sabko pta chal jayga...ahaan replied mein thk hu, aa jaunga thodi der mein tu mat aa...kartik said thk hai bhai ishqi ko phone dena...ahaan gave the phone to ishqi saying tumse baat krni hai...she took the phone, kartik asked ishqi bhai sachme thk h naa?? Mein ab aa jau?? She smiled and said han kartik avm sachme thk hai, pareshan mat ho, ahaan looked at her and thought hello maine bhi toh yhi bola, kamine tujhe bhai ki baat pe bharosa nhi hai (to kartik)...she continued saying vo thk bol rhe h tum mat aao, hum thodi der mein aa jayenge...he said okay lemme know...🥺

The call disconnected, 15-20 more mins passed...doctor came to check on him...he asked u better now, ahaan said yes, thank u...He said dekha I told u not to go, and started to check on him and said but u still look low to me...take care, he turned to ishqi and said bas ye iv khatam hone wali hai...I'll send the nurse in 10 mins fir aap le jaa skte ho inhe...she replied okay thank u soo much with a smile, she was finally relieved...♥️

She sat with him again and asked kuch chahiye aapko, he said nahi with moving his head... She said thk hai...The nurse came in sometime, said aapki iv ho gai hai complete and removed that pipe from his iv...Said mein bas aapko ye injection dedu fir aap jaa skte ho, ahaan was irritated by now, he said ab kya hai ye in a pissed tone, she said ki mujhe doctor ne bola aapko injection dene ko kyuki he feels your still low, he said nahi I'm okay thank u, ishqi said kya hai Avm kyu pareshan kr rhe hai, lagwa lijiye naa...he said Ishqi mein kuch ni lagwa rha, bhtt ho gya, bas ab chalte hai...He was irritated being in that hospital, she said yaha na Avm aapko koi ab aise jaane ni dene wala, subhah jab aap gye naa, vo sabko bhttt acche se yaad hai...he looked at the nurse said, koi zarurat ni hai iski, I know the doctor, mein krlunga unse baat, nurse said but, same moment ishqi thought ye banda ni maan ne wala ishqi, jab ghee seedhi ungli se ni nikalta toh ungli tedi krni hi padhti hai...sorry avm...She got up but immediately held her head and sat back...ahaan saw that and asked kya hua, tum thk ho, tumne dawai ni li aaj, pehle hi tumhare sir pe chott lagi hui h...she said nhi le li thi, but jldi jldi mein shyd mein apna insulin shot lena bhul gai subhah...he said wow ishqi, bhtt acchi baat hai, abhi thodi der pehle tum mujhe daant rhi thi...khud ki harkatein dekhi hai tumne, the nurse said it's okay insulin shot toh mein bhi de skti hu aapko, wait...ishqi cut her and said nhi, it's okay mein jaake le lungi, I'm okay... ahaan said ishqi tum pagal ho gai ho...Ab toh lelo, she said nhi lagwa rhi mein avm, aap sunte hai meri baat jo mein aapki sunu in a low tone, she turned the other side and winked at the nurse, nurse understood what she was dng and said but insulin drop hona can be very dangerous, ishqi said it's okay mein thk hu...Ahaan sighed and calmed down, said accha thk hai mein bhi lagwa raha hu injection, tum bhi lagwalo pls, he told the nurse ki lagado aap by moving his arm forward to her, ishqi saw that, she said sorry avm in her head, the nurse gave him the shot, he closed his eyes for a second the moment it touched his skin, it was done soon, he then turned to ishqi said lo lagwa lia maine, ab lagwalo pls...ishqi turned the other side and started looking here and there controlling her smile, he said kya, ab sun kyu nhi rhi, the nurse too smiled and left by saying mein abhi 2 min mein aapke aapki iv ki needle remove krti hu...He said aap kyu has rhe ho, but she was already gone, he looked at ishqi, she was perfectly okay now, he realised what just happened and said ishqi seriously, tum drama kar rhi thi?? ye kaisa mazak hai...wow ishqi and turned his face to the other side, she turned his face with her hand and said toh mein kya karti Avm, jab mein bolti hu toh aap sunte nhi, toh mujhe krna padha ye with a puppy face, he turned his head again saying ye mazak accha ni tha ishqi...she turned his head again to her, held her ears and said sorry...mere pass aur koi choice nhi thi, he wasn't angry anymore looking at her but he still turned his face, she said Avm sorry maang rhi hu naa, he turned to her and said with a little smile ishqi sorry bolte hai, maangte nhi hai...while pushing her hands down from her ears, he continued saying, aage se aise mazak mat krna, tumhe kuch hota h toh mujhe, the nurse came and removed that iv completely and applied a small white tape over it...he couldn't complete his sentence but she knew what he wanted to say...♥️

She left, Ishqi said sorry, aage se nhi karungi...it was kartik's call again...Ishqi was giving it to ahaan, he said tum uthalo...she picked up, kartik said ishqi aap log free ho gye toh mein aap dono ko pick krleta hu, ishqi said nhi hum aa jayenge, he said nahi ishqi koi tumhare sath bhai ko dekhega toh fir panga hoga, she looked at ahaan and said Kartik bol rha h vo aa jaaye??? Agar aapko aur mujhe koi sath dekh lega aate huye toh bakheda ho jayga... ahaan said okay with blinking his eyes... she said thk hai kartik aa jao and disconnected the call... she said to ahaan, vo bol rha vo 10-15 min mein aa jayga...Ahaan said okay...She looked at him, for a second she forgot everything that had happened in these 6 months and placed her head on his right shoulder saying sorry...he kept his head on her head too and kept his left hand on her face...they both forgot for sometime what all happened in these months, they shared a beautiful moment after a really long time...there was no riya, dadi or anyone that could spoil this moment...not even kartik, he'll take time to come...✨

They both closed there eyes and laid there for sometime in silence, but it was the most beautiful silence, they both knew what they are to eachother, no one confessed that ever, atleast not in their senses...but they both knew it in their heart... suddenly ishqi realised what she's doing and moved back saying kartik aata hoga...he actually came and hugged ahaan, saying thk ho aap bhai?? Ahaan said haan kartik...kitni baar puchega...kartik made a puppy face, ishqi said tum baitho mein discharge papers ki formalities kr aati hu... Kartik said nhi aap baitho, vo formalities mein puri krke aata hu and left saying that...She made ahaan get up, took his and her phone, threw both of them in her bag...Kartik came with a file and said chalo bhai, he said mein car nikalta hu, tum bhai ko le aaogi ishqi... ishqi said okay...ahaan said mujhe itna bhi kuch ni hua making a face...They left the clinic, kartik said ishqi tum bhai pass peeche baith jao, (godfather for a reason) ishqi said okay...he drove them back to the resort...it was almost 4:30pm...they reached the resort, ishqi said tum kaise le jaoge inhe room mein, tumme toh bola tha na ki ye meeting mein hai...he said don't wry agent KM ne already back door ka plan banaya hua hai...ahaan and ishqi both said Km?? He looked at both of them said Kartik malhotra guys, agent km...they both sighed...and gave him a disappointed look, he said okay nhi pakaata...aise mat dekho...ishqi said mein pehle utarti hu, Varna koi humey sath dekh lega. Kartik said okay...She told kartik ki pls inhe kuch khila dena or usme medicines h vo bhi de dena...she looked at ahaan and said dhyan rakhiyega, he said hmm with shaking his head in okay... she got out and sneaked in... Then kartik sneaked ahaan in his room...♥️
