(Just a little back story)

The moment ahaan heard everything, he hugged ishqi, beat up Mayank, he was soooo ashamed of what he put her through...The moment Mayank thought he's gone he tried to attack ahaan with a stick on his head but at the same time ishqi saw that and pushed ahaan aside, the stick hits her head instead of ahaan's...Ahaan turns back and saw what just happened and his heart skips a beat, She was about to fall on the ground when he runs to catch her, he tries to wake her up, Mayank gets away, ahaan carries her in his arms, Kartik and full family saw her in his arms, kartik ran for his car and both of them takes her to the hospital...Ahaan stays with her...He still was processing all that had happened...he was thinking again and again that the girl that he tried to destroy saved his own sister...usne sonu ko bachaya, that's why usne Mayank se shaadi thodi kyuki Mayank kamina tha... It was all clear now...🥺

He promised her and himself one thing... That ye saans tut jaygi par tumpe bharosa kabhi ni tutega ishki, he said that kissed her hand and pls wake up ishki, I really need u and slept there holding her hand...In the mrng, she woke up saw him right next to her... For a second she forgot everything and ran her fingers across his hair...He moved and she turned her face...He asked her if she's well or not, later he asked her why didn't she tell him all this but Riya came and the conversation remained incomplete...she got discharged...

She was just not ready to listen to him...to talk to him...to hear his sorry...He was on such a guilt trip...💔

Riya still hadn't offered her the Singapore job, ishqi was still working in the resort...He gave it a day or two for her to get better and also for him to sort things out in his head...

It was the third day after ishqi's discharge, she will resume work today, Ahaan hasn't slept since 2 days, he was drunk, he could barely walk...He had a very high fever from not sleeping, overthinking, tiring himself endlessly, he was going to meet ishqi to talk to her, he couldn't walk properly, an employee of the resort saw him like that and held him as he saw ahaan loosing his balance, he asked him if he's okay ahaan said yes in a low voice, the employee immediately asked him if he should take him to a doctor, ahaan said no, he insisted on seeing him in that condition...ahaan had no energy to argue, he just freed him from him and started walking to meet ishqi and after only 2-3 steps, he again loosed his balance...The employee held him again and said pls sir lemme take you, he took him to a nearby clinic in ahaan's car and left after dropping him there...it was just a 5 mins drive...To a surprise the doctor knew ahaan and immediately took care of him, he was still very much concious, but he was really weak to get up or walk properly...

The doctor made him lie down, and said ahaan ye kya haalat banai hui hai tumne, checked him...he had a high temperature...

The scene -

Ahaan - mujhe kahi jaana hai, lemme go if ur done...

Doctor - Ahaan I can't let u go, u can't go, look at you, u can't even walk...pls stay here for sometime...then u can go...

Ahaan - he just tries to get up, saying I can't stay, he lies...meri ek meeting hai, it's very imp, pls koi dawai dedo aap and lemme go but he couldn't get up...

Doctor - He says okay, stay for 10-15 mins...he called the nurse and asked to prepare an injection for his fever, meanwhile he unbuttoned the sleeve of his white shirt, he gave him the injection and told him to lie there for 5-10 mins...

Ahaan - He was still very impatient, he wanted to go and meet ishqi, talk to her...they haven't talked in 2 days...Riya was on his nerves for marraige, he really wanted to talk to ishqi...he got up even before 5 mins and was just leaving...

Doctor tried to stop him, but he said he can't, he really has to go and leaves...He could hardly match his steps, he went to his car and drove back to resort... He was feeling sooo dizzy, luckily the road to the clinic was not the main one but a clearer one just near the resort...the road was getting blurred to him but luckily he reached the resort somehow...✨

He got out of his car, entered the resort from backside, he saw ishqi at a distance and slowly started walking to her...Even ishqi saw him and immediately realised that there is something wrong with him, the way he was walking...She walked to him faster than him and asked kya hua ahaan aap thk hai, ahaan just said ishqi, he was still dizzy and just on saying ishqi he fell in her arms, he fainted...
