Amity's POV
Amity walked down the pathway, heading to the Library. It had been months sense she first met Luz, and she still felt the same, odd feeling. She stopped a quarter of a way in front of the library, hearing footsteps coming up behind her.
"Hiya Amity!~" A familiar voice made Amity jump. She looked behind her to see a short haired female with a greenish coat with pins placed on one side of it, and a beanie placed on her head. Luz. "Oh, hi, Luz." She smiled softly, feeling her cheeks heat up.
She blinked at Luz circled her, just being the happy and goody-two-shoes human she always was. "Watcha doin' Blight?" Luz asked, stopping at her side. Amity shrugged, "Nothing really. I was just going to the hideout." She paused, looking up into the girl's deep brown eyes. "What are you doing here, anyway? Come to stare at me some more, Human?"
She stared as the expression on the Human's face changed from energetic, to busted. "N-No! I just wanted to visit you!"
Amity rose a brow as the human began to blush, "Right. 'Visit' me." "Shut up!" Luz punched her in the shoulder. She recoiled at the sudden touch, but then did it back.
Luz made a angry, yet adorable, expression and stuck out her tongue. Amity felt her cheeks burn up again. To play it off, she scoffed and looked away, crossing her arms. She then looked back to Luz, as if signaling for her to follow, then began to walk into the library.
Amity pulled a book out of place from the romance section, and the wall opened to a dimly lit room with bookshelves, a fuzzy carpet, and a desk in the middle of the room by the back wall. She walked in, followed by Luz, and sat in the chair near the desk. She looked at Luz, who sat down on the carpet after closing the hideout's door.
She's so pretty... Amity thought, staring directly at Luz. Once the other female looked over and made eye contact, Amity looked away quickly, face burning up to be as red as a tomato. "Awwe.. Ami-" "I don't like you like that! I like you in a totally platonic way!" Luz rolled onto her back, cracking up. "Sure, Blight. Sure."
"Yeah.. It's totally platonic..." She whispered to herself, not heard by Luz.
