"knowing what's right doest mean much unless you do what's right"

Steve's POV,

I woke up this morning to the sound of my mother coughing like I do most mornings. I quickly got up from my bed, ran to the kitchen and grabbed a cup, filling it with water before walking into my mother's room.

"Here you go" I said as I handed her the cup of water that I had made

She gave me a small smile as she took the cup "thank you" she replied taking slow small sips "you better start getting ready for school" she said as she looked at the clock on the wall

I nodded before walking back to my room to get dressed

'Another day' I thought to myself

"Bye mom, I'm leaving" I said as I walked past her room

"Okay, have fun, be safe" she replied

I gave her a small smile before walking out the door

"Took you long enough" Sharon said as she rolled her eyes

"Sorry baby, family thing" I said as I intertwined our fingers together

She rolled her eyes in annoyance "whatever" she muttered

Once at school I saw Tony and walked up to him, Sharon and I's hand's still intertwined with one another.

"So, you prank red yet" I asked with a smirk

He sighed in frustration "no I can't find her, I've looked everywhere" he stated as he continued to look over the large crowds of people

I couldn't believe it, the Tony Stark couldn't find someone, in his own school, I almost wanted to laugh it sounded so ridiculous.

"You lost her" I asked with furrowed eyebrows

"Isn't that what I said, do I have to repeat myself" he asked frustration in his tone

I rolled my eyes and was about to say something

"Who cares anyway, it's not like anyone here likes her" Sharon interrupted

"Sure we don't care about her, but you gotta admit, she's fun to prank" Tony said with his signature smirk

The bell then rang and it was time to go to my first class of the day. I bid goodbye to Tony and kissed Sharon on the cheek before heading to homeroom. Once I was inside I looked around for the red head but couldn't seem to find her anywhere.

'I wonder where she is' I thought to myself, my thoughts were quickly interrupted by Mr.Stork

"Take a seat now please Mr.Rogers" he said with a friendly smile

As I sat down the bell rang again and it was time for the class to begin. The whole class period I kept on glancing at the door, trying to see if the red head would show up, but she didn't. After four classes and eight bells there was still no sign of the red head. I started to wonder, where did the red head, with perfect attendance go. Ever since I've known her she's never missed a day of school ever. As I sat down at the lunch table Tony approached me with a defeated look on his face.

"Any sign of her" he asked with an eyebrow cocked

"No" I replied "you" I asked

He shook his head "nada"

"Please tell me your not talking about that red head again" Sharon asked as she interrupted us

"N-"

"Yeah, we are, haven't been able to find her" Tony said interrupting me
