"Mrs. Rose!" A voice, like nails on a chalkboard, shouted. I jumped in my seat
followed by the laughter.

"What?" I yawned, rubbing sleep from my eyes. I admit it, I was sleeping in biology. As much as it was my favourite subject, I couldn't keep my eyes open.

"What is the answer?" Mrs. Penurious scowled.

"I don't know" I mumbled. I could feel my cheeks getting red as every pair of eyes starred at me.

"School is for learning not for sleeping, I would think you would know that by now" she shook her head in disappointment. "Harry, why don't you help her out?"

"By combing two elements of a positive structure, the two elements would create a negative charge" Harry mumbled under one breath.

The teacher's eyes widened, "uh.., very good Harry" she walked slowly back to her desk, defeated. The bell rang as everyone scattered out of the classroom.

Three boys patted Harry on the back as we walked out of the classroom, "Great job Harry, you broke the teacher" they laughed.

Harry rolled his eyes. "Hey Rose, wait up!" He walked next to me.

"I'm not exactly in the mood to talk to you right now" I said.

"I heard about your first transformation last night" he mentioned.

"Hey, If werewolves didn't need sleep when they transform, then why can't I last five minutes without falling asleep?"

"Yeah... Um I think they forgot to mention it doesn't work like that for your first transformation, you'll get use to it" he said.

"That's just great. Speaking of last night, where were you?" I asked, stooping at my locker.

Harry rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "I wasn't feeling good last night"

I looked up at him, "You and I both know that's a lie. You knew if Niall ever saw your face, he'd rip it off. Don't forget you made the mistake of kissing me" I said, opening my locker.

"I'm not scared of Niall and I don't regret kissing you" he growled, a black shadow covering his green eyes.

"What's wrong with your eyes?" I asked suspiciously.

Harry blinked vigorously, the black shadow disappearing. "It's uh- allergies" he turned his head and walked off. Harry had been acting weird ever since the day he kissed me. Something was wrong.

When I closed my locker, an agonizing flash of images ripped through my skull. I collapsed to my knees, holding my hands to my head. People gathered around me, saying my name, shaking my shoulders.

"Please s-stop!" I shouted. I clamped my head harder. An image of a lake with a moon hanging above. Blood covering the moon and dripping into the lake. Sharp yellow eyes, starring from the shadows of the night.

"Everyone back up, get away from her!" A familiar voice pushed through the crowd of worried students. A pair of arms lifted me from the floor. "It's okay, hold on" I knew that voice. A black claw hovered over me, darkness taking over my eyes. "Rose, can you hear me?"

I nodded, opening my eyes. He had taken me to the photography room. Niall stared, his jaw dropping. "What?" I asked.

"Your eyes... there gone" he said, shocked.

I jerked up, throwing papers from the counter. I grabbed a small hand held mirror. My shaken hand holding the mirror in front of my face. I looked at my reflection see nothing but white fog hovering over my barely visible eyes. I touched my face, my mouth falling open. "How- but I can still see" I said, moving the mirror closer to my non existing pupils. "Take me to the hospital" I demanded.

"I can't do that" Niall said.

"Niall, look at my eyes! What's wrong with you?" I was beyond terrified.

"What's wrong with me? What's wrong with you? You're a werewolf, the hospital is the last place to go. They'll test your blood and what happens when they find our what you are?" He grabbed my shoulders. He was right. The hospital couldn't do anything but chain me up and experiment on me.

I dropped to the floor, "What do I do? I can't go out there, people will ask questions"

"You're right, maybe the lads will know what to do" Niall said, avoiding to look at my blind eyes. He put his bag on the counter, searching through it. He pulled out a pair of black sunglasses. "Here, try these on"

I nodded, covering my eyes with the dark shades. "How do I look?" I asked.

"Beautiful" he smiled before walking towards the door. Niall acted like that whole thing between Harry and I never happened. I grabbed his wrist.

"Wait. Why are you helping me? I thought you hated me" I mumbled, looking down to my shoe.

He hesitated for a moment before turning around to look at me. "Helping a friend in need is worth forgetting about the things they did. Harry knows what he did and he's playing with fire" Niall smiled before kissing my cheek.

We left the photography room and headed towards the art room to find Zayn. "Speaking of Harry, something's going on with him" I said.

"What do you mean?" Niall asked.

"Well... His eyes- they just" I couldn't find the words to tell Niall. "He's not apologizing for the kiss" I said. I wasn't lying to Niall, I just wasn't telling him everything. Besides, I don't think he needed to know.

"Yeah that's Harry for you. He doesn't like to admit anything, no matter how much he wants to. Don't worry, he'll man up eventually" Niall said. I smiled as we entered the art room. As usual, we found Zayn sitting in front of a canvas. There was more paint on him then the canvas.

"Zayn, we got a problem" Niall said.

"It better be important because I'm really busy right now" Zayn sighed, putting down the paint brush. Niall nodded at me. I slowly took off the sunglasses. Zayn's eyes widened. "Your eyes- what happened?"

"I had another vision" I said.

"Can you see?" He asked as he waved his hand in my face.

"Perfectly fine" I slapped his hand away.

"Well I've honestly never seen anything like it" Zayn shrugged, looking weirded out by my eyes.

"Hey guys what's with the- woah..." Liam walked in, freezing when he saw my colourless eyes. "You got a little something on your face" he motioned to my eyes.

"Yeah I noticed" I rolled my eyes only to realize no one could see the sarcasm. We explained to Liam what happened and he just sat on a table, stumped like everyone else.

"What if I told you I've seen something like this somewhere" Liam said.

I jumped from my seat, "Great! Do you know what it is?"

"No need to get frisky! I remember reading about it in one of my grandfathers old books back at my house. I think it had to do with a legend called the Memiliki" Liam said.

"Memiliki, why does that word sound familiar?" I said to myself, trying to find where I knew that word from. For some reason I couldn't remember. "Do you still have the book?" I asked.

"Yeah" Liam nodded. I started walking out of the art room, placing the glasses over my eyes. "Where are you going?" He asked.

"I'm going to find out what's wrong with me"
