ALICE HADN'T SEEN RUBY SINCE THE DAY THEY SPENT IN HER APARTMENT AND SHE HADN'T TALKED TO MAEVE SINCE THE PARTY. Alice had noticed that her spam messages had finally been delivered meaning Maeve had unblocked her number. A little too late, in Alice's opinion.

Johnny and Stella had noticed her drinking problem, so had Jade, but none of them mentioned it. Alice figured that they were being cautious after the incident at the party and didn't want to say anything that could make her react worse than she already was.

As much as Alice hated everyone acting like they were treading on glass around her, she did appreciate them not mentioning her drinking habits. She already hated herself for it but she couldn't bring herself to stop. The more she tried to stay away from it, the more she found herself thinking about it. She soon just stopped trying to stop and accepted that this was something she was stuck with.

"Alice!" The girl pulled her headphones off when hearing someone faintly yelling her name, looking up at Mr Reyes who was standing in front of her with his arms crossed over his chest, his normal carefree smile missing. "Follow me."

Alice did as told, pushing past the students running through the hallway as they made their way to the art classroom. Carmen was there and was about to leave when the two entered but Mr Reyes stopped them, giving them a task to occupy themself in instead as he took his seat at the desk.
