aria walked into the kitchen, jumping on top of the kitchen counter and sitting down.
"you look cute," kouvr said as she walked past aria, complimenting the girl's all black outfit. "i like those pants."
"thanks," aria replied, grinning. "so what are we doing today?"
"girl's night!" emily, paper's girlfriend said, standing next to aria. "we're going to watch a movie together and then we're going to get drunk."
"no thanks," aria said quickly, "i'll stick to water."
"not even a little wine?" mia pouted, watching aria shake her head. "you're so boring."
"i'll be designated driver, someone has to take care of you guys. plus, i can't even legally drink." aria said.
"no one will snitch if you take a sip of alcohol, ri. vinnie's usually our designated driver," em said, looking at aria. "he's always up late playing valorant so we just call him to pick us up."
kouvr smirked. "it's because he loves driving the tesla."
"well, i'll drive the tesla today," aria replied, "we can leave vinnie alone."
"just like you've been doing for the past week? we've all noticed how you've been ignoring him for a while now, ri," mia said, looking for a snack in the pantry. "you guys should talk about whatever's going on."
"we're not fighting," aria mumbled, shaking her head. "just giving each other space."
"right," kouvr nodded. "your argument about the systemic inequality of...whatever it was must have been really serious, huh?"
