Splashpaws can both walk on land and swim in the water, like amphibians. Their big fish tail helps them to swim quickly and go in different directions. They can speak even in the water. If they have wings, they swim faster than those who don't. Though, they can't fly. They can see things in the dark only in water but not on land. There are no clans or tribes or groups of Splashpaws in Tealista. They all live together. Females lay eggs in nests made of palm tree or coconut tree leaves in spring. Splashpaws build huts in their village in Tealista. They have markets there too.
