Yupp that's true overthinking kills happiness

You have to understand one thing

Allah has already planned your life

Your future is already planned

Don't get into deep thoughts and thinking whether my future will be like this or will it be like that and you just keep thinking and thinking and feeding negativity to your mind

And lack happiness and feel stressed, distressed and what not?

Why are you doing all these to yourself?

No matter what you do only what's written will happen!

Just wish for the best pray for the best, ask Allah for the best

And surely he will give you!

Ask Allah to bless you with a  better future ask him as much as you want , do what you love

But without disobeying the almighty ALLAH

now some people are like this

If I do this what if that happens and then blah blah blah

Noooo if you keep thinking like that  nothing will happen in your life

Once you have decided to do something which is not against Islam

Then just ask Allah to bless you with that and ask  him to give you the best in that

Rather than that don't keep overthinking about what's gonna happen

When you do like this it's like you have no trust in Allah

If you truly have trust in Allah then what ever you do you will believe that inshallah this will happen, suppose if it doesn't then alhamudulilah he will bless me with something better or this thing didn't happen for my own good

So quit overthinking, because no matter what, what's written is only gonna happen

Nothing is gonna happen by thinking too much except getting distraught For no reason

Just pray for the best and that's all ❤️
