I was woken up by shaking. I immediately knew who it was. It was the brat, he really had the audacity to wake me up. I put on a fake smile and asked "what's wrong sweetie". This better payoff ,and he better have a good quirk. "mommy mommy it's birthday did you forget" that brat says tearing up. Of course I forgot it's not like he's special or anything. Instead of saying that all I say is "of course not sweetie what would make you think that so wipe those tears and get ready and change then come eat breakfast okay sweetie pie sugar plum"
Izuku's pov
"Yes mommy btw what are we having for breakfast?"
"we are having katsudon because it's your birthday okay sweet bear."
"YAY KATSUDON I LOVE KATSUDON" I say hoping up and down.
"I'ma go get changed now love you mom" I yell while walking out the room.

Tch I don't love that brat let alone care about him. Whatever I go make katsudon, when I'm done I look at the clock it 9:00 he's appointment is at 9:45 I swear if that brat doesn't hurry up right before I could finish my thoughts I get interrupted by

"All right sweetie pie have a seat and start eating we have to go soon" he starts stuffing he's face God damnit I raised a pig I look at him in disgust but quickly fix it to a loving look. When I finish eating I look at him to see he finished too. What a pig of course he finished. I look at the clock again and notice its 9:30
"Alright baby let's clean your face and then we could head to the doctors" "oh almost forgot daddy said he'll be back early today"
"Yay daddy coming home early today!!!!" "Yes he is and he'll be back by the time we get home too!! " Hopefully the brat gets a good quirk or else we'll have to teach him a lesson or two
After washing that pig's face we were all ready to go
TIME SKIP AT THE DOCTOR appointment

"You have to be brave ok " the doctor said

"Well you can do just that IF you strong and have a good quirk"

The doctor said
"Nurse nurse come in here are these correct!!!"
"Yeah there all correct can't believe it myself" said the nurse still shocked
