It was getting harder to breath but I don't want to burden them with my problems.

"If you say so" Machi said. I could tell they didn't fully belive me but it atleast distracted them for a bit.

The rest of the way they talked about it random topics while I just listened and made the occasional comment.

It took awhile but we finally made it to a simple looking building.

Tomorrow night there was gonna be an auction held but since we found out on such short notice boss decided just to steal the things tonight.

Franklin and Shizuku took out the guards up front while Paku, Machi, Shalnark, Feitan, and I ran our way towards the back entrance taking guards out along the way.

Paku and Machi took out the guards in the back while Shal, Feitan, and I entered the building.

"I'll. Search. Left. You. Two. Search. On. The. Right." I heard Feitan say before running down the left hallway.

There didn't seem to be any guards in the right hall area which was good on my part since I didn't bring a ton of ammo.

Shal and I check ever room but didn't find anything of importance until we made it to the final door in the hall.

"You think this might be it?" I heard Shal ask. I started coughing a bit. "*cough cough* maybe it doesn't seem protected though so I somewhat doubt it." I said grabbing onto the door handle.

I swung the door open to not see anyone but to see half of the auction merchandise. Shal and I looked at eachother happily.

We shut the door behind us and walked over to the table to make sure the items were legit.

"Hey Y/n?" I hard Shal ask as I picked up what look like a golden vase. "Yeah what's up?" I asked.

"Have you been avoiding me?" He asked catching me off guard causing me to almost drop the vase.

I tried clearing my throat felling the horrid feeling of blockage creeping up on me once more. "What? *cough* no why do you think that..?" I said trying to stay calm.

I place down the vase confirming that it was real. I picked up a green shiny gem.

I didn't notice how close he had gotten to me until he actually grabbed me.

"Don't play dumb with me Y/n!" He firmly said grabbing both my writing causing me to drop the gem.

The sudden outburst from shal caused me to go into a coughing fit. I felt him let go of my making me back up from him.

I felt myself cough up a bloody flower once again. "Huh..?! Y/n!? Whats wrong?" I could hear the concern in his voice.

"*Cough cough* it's nothing..*cough cough* don't worry... about it.." I tried to mutter out.

"Y/n.. do you have the Hanahaki disease..?" He asked softly. I froze. Should I admit thst I do..? What would he think.?

He pulled me into a tight hug before speaking again. "Y/n.. please tell me.. I don't want to lose you.. I love you to much.." He whispered almost to quite for me to here.

My vision blurred as a warm tear streamed down my check. He loves me? "You.. love me..?" I ask.

"More then you could ever imagine please.. Y/n don't leave me.." He says quietly. I felt his grip tighten.

"I love you too Shal.." I sobbed into his chest. He pulled away from me looking happy and worried.

"You love me? Do you really?" He asked.i could tell he was trying to stop himself from crying. I nodded a bit refusing to look at him in fear he was just toying with me.

"I'm so happy.. please Y/n ai love you more then anything so will you go out with me?" He asked grabbing my check and making me look at him.

I stared at him for a moment trying to process what he just said before smiling gently and nodding yes.

He hug me tightly once more. "Thank you Y/n you really had me worried I was going to lose you.." He whispered to me before pulling away and kissing me softly.

"I. Don't. Hate. To. Interrupt. But. Hurry. Up. Everyone. Is. waiting. And. Got. my. Half. Of. The. Items. Already." A familiar voice said.

We quickly parted to see Feitan standing in the door way. I felt my face heat up.

I glance over to shal to see he was quite red too. We quickly gathered the auction items in a nen bag before intertwine hands and leave the building.

It took a few days for myself to stop coughing up flowers but I eventually did and now I live happily with my new boyfriend.
