It's not like Shoto todoroki hated affection, it's just, he's not use to it, since he grew up without any sort of affection, so when he started dating y/n he was very hesitant when it came to affection of any sorts.

Shoto'S pov:

I was in y/n's room, she asked me if I wanted to come over to her room for a study session obviously I accepted the offer, after a while me and her were done.

"Thank yo‐" I was immediately cut off by the h/c haired girl slamming her lips against mine, at first the kiss was gentle but it quickly became something passionate much to my liking.

"I'm sorry I.... I couldn't help myself" she said sheepishly while turning to face the wall so I couldn't see her face.

"It's fine, I.. actually quite enjoyed it" I reassured her.

"Really?" She questioned.

"Yes" I stated, she turns back to look at me, she smiles before gentle pressing her lips against mine.

"y/n-chan it's time for dinner" I heard Mina call
from the other side of the door.

"I'm coming" I yelled, while quickly getting off of Shoto, our make out session had to end early because of dinner not that I'm complaining, Shoto I love you and all but nothing is better than food anyways, I was trying to put on my shirt while Shoto was buttoning up his pants I 'shit since when was it so freaking hard to put on a t-shirt', let's just say we got some very questioning looks from our classmates when we entered the dining room together.
