Although they continued to make faces at each other, as well as crude hand signals, the two were no longer going to serve as a problem for now.

"What's a 'reaction pic?' Aren't we reacting?" Steve said, being the grandpa he is.

"It's a meme, Captain. It's what, like, teens use on Twitter to make fun of us or people," Clint explained. "What?!" he responded to all the stares upon him. "Kate showed me!"

"Who's Kate-" Pietro was in the middle of asking before the red mist screeched, spraying into bits as the screen reformed. The speedster was brought to silence as the mist began to swirl into a circle, then a star, then a straight line. The screen was back.

"What the hell was that?!" Bruce panicked, neck a deep green. His veins stuck out more, his body tense as he took soothing breaths to push Hulk away again. 

'AH- pyrotechnics? Sorry, my bad. Anyways, here's the pic o' first. First pic.'

"I've seen that face one too many times in one millennia to know that she means business," Fenris snorted. It's true, having six kids, all with the ability to shapeshift into various animals or entities of destruction. Wolves, octo-horses, giant snakes and serpents, literal death, just death.... the Lokichildren were bound to have seen that at least twice each day. 

"He just looks... done with his life," Shuri said. "Same, if I'm being honest."

"Shuri-" T'challa started. "It was a joke, brother." she smirked at him whilst giving him a side glance, mischief evident in her eyes. T'challa rubbed one of his temples. This must be the effects that the Lady of Mischief has on the crowd she sits upon. 

"I've seen Tony make that face over Peter webbing him up on accident while he was trying to enjoy his hangover coffee," Pepper laughed. "Best part of my day until a new Starktech intern burnt through two different fire-proof labs in one day."

Shivers ran through the Avengers. How could they forget that happening?

"That's me when I am forced to watch Tony power through an entire week on two Monster energy drinks and half a pan of lasagna that Steve made," Bruce said. According to his tone, he sounded like a combination of exasperated and stressed out. 

"Sorry Brucie-bear," Tony joked. "I had priorities. Petes was making messes, I gotta supervise."

'Cute, moving on.' 

"I have no words for how much I love this right now."

"...to be honest... same. I do love the earrings. And the nails aren't half-bad."

'Moving on?'

Nods. 

"Ma'am- ma'am-" Peter Parker imitated, waving his hands around and whatnot like a Walmart worker trying to calm down an angry customer. This had Tony cackling while Rhodes politely snorted at the kid's antics. 

"Happy, this is so you," Tony gasped out, still laughing. 

For something so stupid, even some of the Avengers were laughing. They've had a 'ma'am-' moment at some point in their lives so the relevance was somewhat nostalgic.
