*When they were little*

Tsukishima: Hey, Yama. Why are dandelions your favourite flower? Why not rose or something?

Yamaguchi: Because dandelions symbolize happiness and joy. It's also said to represent the sun.

Tsukishima: You sure do know a lot about them. I'm guessing you love the sun?

Yamaguchi: Yeah. The sun makes everything bright and pretty and it also makes sunsets. We should watch a sunset in the future together, promise?

Tsukishima: Yeah, I promise.

Yamaguchi: So... What's your favourite flower?

Tsukishima: Asters.

Yamaguchi: Why?

Tsukishima: Because they're named after the Greek word star and also they're purple, which is my favourite color.

Yamaguchi: Do you know what that means?

Tsukishima: What?

Yamaguchi: That we're meant to be together.

Tsukishima: How?

Yamaguchi: I'm the day and you're the night!

Tsukishima: It's the other way around, idiot.

Yamaguchi: How? Also, idiot? You wound me Tsukki.

Tsukishima: Because your freckles are the stars that come out at night and my hair is the sun so we're attracted to each other.

*Yamaguchi, smiling*: I like that idea.

*A lot of years later*

*Yamaguchi, whining*: Kei, I can't see anything, take this blindfold off.

Tsukishima: Hang on for a few more minutes, love. We're almost there.

Yamaguchi: Fine.

*A few minutes later*

*Tsukishima takes Yamaguchi's blindfold off and Yamaguchi realizes that they're in a dandelion field near a cliff*

Yamaguchi: Kei- this-

Tsukishima: I promised, didn't I?

*Yamaguchi, hugging Tsukishima*: I can't believe- how- you-

Tsukishima: Come on, we have to eat.

*Yamaguchi then realizes that not only did Tsukishima bring him to watch a sunset in a dandelion field, he also prepared a picnic*

*After they finish eating, Yamaguchi realizes that the sun is now setting*

Tsukishima: Now. For the main reason I brought you here.

*Yamaguchi, putting the left food back in the basket, without turning to Tsukishima*: What? This wasn't the main reason? What more can you do? Propose?

*Yamaguchi turns his face to Tsukishima to find his boyfriend on one knee, smiling*

Yamaguchi: No way-

Tsukishima: Yamaguchi Tadashi, from the first moment I met you, I knew I wanted to spend my whole life with you. The way your freckles shone under the sun and the way you smiled when I said something silly was so astonishing. I know you don't like your freckles or your smile, but they're gorgeous.

*Tsukishima, chuckling*: Ok. I'm getting out of topic. I guess my nerves are getting to me. What I'm trying to ask is, Yamaguchi Tadashi, will you marry me?

*Yamaguchi nods*

*Tsukishima gets up and puts the ring on Yamaguchi's right ring finger*

*Yamaguchi, with tears in his eyes*: Kei- you-

*Them both realising*

Tsukishima: No- don't say it-

Yamaguchi: You put in on the wrong hand- pfft-

Tsukishima: You know I'm bad with perspective! Hey- stop laughing!

*Tsukishima starts laughing as well*

Yamaguchi: Oh, I'm so telling this to Aki-nii.

Tsukishima: Don't. You. Dare.

Yamaguchi: You'll have to catch me first!

*They chase each other around and have fun until night falls and then they watch the stars*
