CHAPTER 10

“Sorry, kanina ka pa?” I asked.

Niyaya niya ako kahapon na lumabas daw kami ngayon.

He stand up from sitting on the sofa and walk closer to me. I smiled at him.

“Hindi naman. Nasaan ang parents mo?” he asked.

I pursed my lips before answering.
“They left for work early” nakangusong sabi ko.

Tumango siya atsaka ngumiti. Pareho kaming napalingon sa may gawi ng kusina ng lumabas roon si Nanay.

“Oh, aalis na ba kayo?” she asked.

Ranzell smiled at her. Lumapit ito atsaka nag mano kay Nanay. I bit my lip while looking at him. Nanay also seem to like him.

“Oo na po. Ihahatid ko na lang po ulit si May mamaya.” nakangiting sabi niya kay Nanay.

Nanay nod his head then smiled at us.
“Sige mag iingat kayo”

I smiled at her.
“I'll be back later, Nanay”

We ride a tricycle going to the mall. We plan to watch a movie today. I took my phone out of my bag then check my hair. I felt his stares while I am doing my hair. I looked at him and raise my brows.

“What?” mataray na tanong ko.

Nakangiti siyang umiling.
“Ang ganda mo” he said.

I pursed my lips then looked away. I heard him chuckled.

“What movie are we going to watch?” I asked him.

“Ikaw? Anong gusto mong panoorin?” he asked.

I am in the mood to watch romance movies right now...but I don't think he will like it though. I mean..he's a guy. So he would surely prefer actions and those manly movies instead of it.

“How about a horror movie? Mysteries?” I asked him.

Nagkibit balikat lang siya dahilan para mapasimangot ako.

“Come on...what?”

He chuckled.
“Kahit ano. Kung ano ang gusto mong panoorin, yun na rin ang akin.” he said.

When we arrive at the mall, we decided to watch a movie first before eating.

“Is it okay if.....we watch a romance movie?” I asked him before we buy our tickets.

His brows furrowed at bit.

“If you don't want to...we can-”

“Bakit naman hindi?” he asked.
“Diba sabi ko, kung anong gusto mo dun na rin ako.”

I smiled at him and nodded my head. We watch a romantic movie. We also bought a popcorn and drink. The movie started already.

I awkwardly looked around inside the cinema. My eyes widen a bit when I saw a couple kissing over the one corner. Gosh. This is a public place, for hell's sake.

“Are you okay?”

Napatingin ako kay Ranzell ng bigla siyang magsalita. He must have notice my flustered face.

“Y-yeah” sabi ko atsaka pilit na ngumiti.

I went back to watching the movie. The story is about a poor girl sent into the city to be a nanny of the daughter of a multimillionaire CEO. It is a quite catchy plot for me. There are a lot of dramatic scenes.

I quickly looked away when the two leads kissed each other. I am not really used to watching these kind of stuff and all. When I looked over to Ranzell, he is looking at me with an amaze expression.
