Karina was contemplating whether she go and check on winter herself but she didn't want to invade her space.
It's been 2 days since winter didn't show herself at school that is so very unlikely of her, yizhou would tell her that she's exhausted and needed some break or she's busy handling her father's business. she can't bring herself to believe her
And she can't help but blame herself, winter had been ghosting, not replying her text messages so she thought it must had to do something with her confession
"Whatever you thinking rn is bullshit" Aeri said pointedly reading her face.
"But...I really think I scared her away aeri" She said fidgeting with her cup on the table
"Look based on my observation i think winter really likes you, she act different around you..even yizhou said it herself you need to give her some time" Aeri said trying to assure her squeezing her hands
"I'm scared aeri...i think I confessed too soon...Hell I don't even feel like she have feelings for me" She said sadly making aeri pinched her cheeks
"Jiminie trust me it's the other way around"
"Fuck this shit! thesis sucks!" They heard yizhou complained dropping her bag on the table with a bang obviously annoyed.
"Baby you okay?" Aeri said side hugging her girlfriend and apparently yizhou had somehow calm down
"I'm fine now" She said showing her toothy grin,her girlfriend loves it. Aeri peck her girlfriend lips making her smile from ear to ear
"disgusting!" Jimin commented. her friends just laughs it off
"What's up unnie?" She asked noticing her sad expression
"You know why" Aeri said giving her the knowing looks
yizhou went silent not wanting to bring up the topic that was specifically the reason of jimin's mood
"I miss her Ning" She said, her tone sad didn't went unheard and yizhou wanted to spilled everything right then
Ning know winter's going through hell and she specifically ask her to leave her alone for some time which she agreed but she also know winter need to lean on someone and she thinks jimin is that person. She trust her she could handle her
With a content sigh, she looked at karina and grinned
"Unnie go to our apartment"
"What?"
"You don't want to see her?"
"I do! But why?
"Ugh Just trust me and go"
"Okay" Confused, Standing up and grabbing her bag on her shoulder
Karina look back
"Are you sure you're not sending me off just because you want to bang your girlfriend?"
"YOO JIMIN!"
"UNNIE YOU'RE DISGUSTING!"

This is it, after 2 days of winter ghosting here she's right here. Her heartbeat was beating so fast for some unknown reason
She called winter when she step her foot in with the card Ning had given her
Not seeing winter and hearing any response she contemplate if she's really home. all the lights was off too and it was starting to get creepy
"Did ning send me here to get killed?"
She decided to checked her room and luckily it was open
The room was dark only the light illuminated coming from the window and the figure sitting on the side of the bed.
"winter?" She called but didn't heard any response again it looks like the girl was deep on her thoughts
She carefully sat just beside her, putting a hand on her telling her in silence that she's here.
"karina?" Winter flinched.
She turn to see her and she could notice her puffy eyes staring at her it make her heart ache on so many levels.
Has she been crying?
"What are you doing here?" Came out her cold voice. It feels like they're back to square one. That made her hands off her shoulder
"Are you okay?" She asked softly
"That doesn't answer my question" She said tearing her eyes away staring at nothing in particular
"I haven't seen you in 2 days and...it...it was making me worry" She said with a genuine concern
"Well I'm fine. Now if you please leave I will appreciate that"
Her words cuts like a knife. If someone said this to her she will not even think twice to turn her back on them but winter isn't someone so she exhale slowly and looked at the girl
"I'm here to stay" Came her determined voice
"Why are you being so persistent? Leave!" She snapped at her
"I won't leave until you tell me what's going on with you what's bothering-"
"Why do you care?" She scoffed at her and it was the last straw of karina. She grab her both arm making sure she's looking right in her eyes
"Why do I care? Winter my vocabulary is not broad but I did tell you what I feel for you in the changing room. Every words I said to you was genuine I thought it was enough for you to understand cause I care...i care for you and I want you to know that I am always here for you in your ups and downs. let it out everything share your pain with me I will take it all winter cause I care more than you know"
As she said those words winter was already tearing up. All her walls crushing down. she pull karina into a tight hug as she cried uncontrollably
"Shhh I'm here" She soothe the girl brushing her hair softly as she cried.
After winter had calm down she noticed the girl had dozed off on her arms so she carefully laid her on the bed.
"Where are you going?" Winter panicked voice made her stop from moving
She was just going to change her clothes cause she was still in her uniform but she decided to tease her a little
"I thought you wanted me leave so i-"
"Stay" She said vulnerably grabbing her arm and karina heart swelled...
"I am just gonna go change my clothes okay? I'll be right back" She smiled at her but winter didn't look convinced
"I promise i'm here to stay" She said softly kissing her forehead she heard winter sighed softly at the gesture.

Oh god so sorry for breaking my promise I totally forgot about this story😭 I promise to update tomorrow and then one more chapter and this story will be done. I am thinking to write a new winrina ff cause their cb is near omg😭
