1. Draw basic lines and the shape of the eye the way you want it.

2. I added lashes first just to show you guys how I draw lashes but usually I make upper basic lines thicker. (P.S always use sharp pencil)

3. I added another line just under or over the basic line and join them at the ends later I will fill in between (sometimes I forget what I am doing and started doing different things... sigh)

4. I filled in between the lines to make look thicker and better. (P.S try as gentle as possible, don't apply too much pressure on the pencil or it will make things messy)
