Mason woke up to the sound of his alarm as he looked to see if Avery was up she had opened her eyes hearing the loud noise
"Morning" Avery smiled hearing mason talk "I need to get a shower before I go" "I'm gonna make pancakes so meet me downstairs." They both jumped out of the bed heading in two different directions Avery started to cook as she saw mason walking downstairs she had turned to grab plates placing them on the counter as two soft hands wrapped around her waist and a head rest on her shoulder Masons wet hair dripped onto Avery "I love when you make pancakes" mason mumbled as his chin rested on her shoulder Avery soon put the pancakes on the plate as she turned to mason she gave him a look as if she was going to kiss him but just as he thought she would lean in to kiss him as she stuffed a pancake in her mouth Mason opened his eyes to see her with a grin and a pancake in her hand "What's wrong mase?"
