Come on, almost...

Megan's eyes glowed green and Dick felt himself levitating just a tiny bit and finally, Miss M grasped his outstretched hand. The crowds cheered.

'What did I just say?' He questioned.

'The crowd couldn't see me use telekinesis from below. Besides...I've been using it all night, I'm not exactly the acrobat you are.' Megan said, landing perfectly on the ledge as the two of them waved to the audiences below.

'Yeah, neither am I right now...but, the show must go on.' He sighed, wiping his forehead.

'You okay?' Percy's voice asked.

'Whelmed,' He answered.

Dick thought back to the day before they joined his old circus crew. He found out by accident that the place where he grew up was currently under fire for stealing advanced weapons from across Europe on their traveling tour. He can't just stand by and watch his family getting blamed for something Dick was sure they would never do, so he pulled together a little undercover mission, behind Batman's back.

At first, he refused to let Percy come along, with her injuries and all that, but the girl eventually persuaded him to let her come along with some very effective cold treatment. Dick shamelessly admits that he did not even last a minute with that torture.

Almost all of his teammates agreed to come along with the exception of Kaldur, who was away in Atlants and Wally...Dick purposely left out his best friend because of...well...complications. Oh, and there's Roy too, he came along because he suspects that one of the team members is a mole. Dick couldn't refuse the older boy and so he relented, and with that, his thoughts were drawn back by Jack's voice again.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, The Daring Dangers!"

The performance had ended and Dick could feel his strengths slipping away. He glanced at Percy, who was now standing beside him with her familiar-looking black horse. Her sea-green eyes found him and he saw worry swirling among the beautiful colors.

'Help me backstage,' He said and Percy immediately looped an arm around his waist, supporting his weight.

The cheers of the crowds faded into the background as the Team, dressed in fancy white and red costumes and masks stepped out of the large tent. Jack the RingMaster was right behind them, after just introducing a new act onto the stage.

"Here, sit down." Percy guided him to sit down before a makeup station. "Now that the show is over, just rest."

Dick breathed out a sigh and leaned his head against Percy and breathed in her ocean scent. The girl ran her hands over the boy's sweaty locks and tried to comb out the tangled mess.

"You good, Dan?" Roy asked.

"I'm fine." He answered. "Just needs a few minutes."

"What's up with your horse, Demi?" Artemis asked. "Why is it following you?"

"Hm?" Dick snapped open his eyes and looked behind Percy's back and indeed, there's the beautiful pure black performance horse, nudging Percy's shoulder, seeking attention.
"Stop it, Blackjack! Yes, I'll get you your Sugarcubes soon, now calm down." Percy scolded and Blackjack backed down. Dick looked at the horse carefully and his eyebrow almost shot through the ceiling when he saw what's on the horse's sides.

Are those-are those wings?!

He gave Percy a look and she immediately gave him the stare. Oh, okay. He thought, no questions asked.

"I can't find any suitable horses in the stable so I had to call in a favor." She whispered urgently.

Dick coughed to hide his smile. Luckly none of their teammates heard what Percy said just now.
