“Oh shut up!” Yuna said still sleeping and a pillow hit Alec’s face.

“Hey that’s not nice!” Alec said.

“Now sweet Yuna sleep and leave Alec alone, he can’t help it if he’s dumb.” Shadow said kissing her forehead.

“Hey do you have any blood?” Alec asked Chris.

“Yes downstairs in the fridge.” Chris said.

“Thanks.” Alec said.

Alec went downstairs, he went into the kitchen and opened the fridge, he took out 2 bottles of blood and came back upstairs into the room Yuna and the others are.

“Here.” Alec said walking to the bed and handing Shadow a bottle of blood.

“Thanks.” Shadow said opening the bottle.

He smelled the blood.  

“No don’t drink it Alec!” Shadow said panicked.

“Why not?” Alec asked.

“It’s human.” Shadow simply said.

“No wonder she began to throw up.” Alec said.

“What’s wrong with human blood?” Chris asked.

“Well you see because of the fact that she’s a hybrid, and the most complete one ever at that, but neither her nor us can drink human blood.” Alec explained.

“So what does she drink then?” Chris asked.

Alec took the 2 bottles of blood and flushed them down the toilet in the bathroom then he came back into the bedroom.

“She has to drink either dragon blood or something that has the same properties, sort of like a potion.” Shadow said.

“What potion?” Chris asked curious.

“Well it is either made with blood roses and some spices or a whole lot of different things.” Alec explained.

“What other things?” Chris asked confused.

“We don’t know. The one that does know it is Scar, he’s the only one other then her that knows how to do it.” Alec said.

“What are blood roses?” Chris asked.

“Blood roses are special roses that either eat or produce blood. The ones that Yuna needs for her potion are the ones that produce blood.” Shadow  explained.

“Oh………..I see. Can she eat anything else?” Chris asked.

“She can eat anything other then human blood. It makes her sick, it’s like poison to her and we can’t help her, it paralyzes us.” Shadow explained. 

“So we just have to keep her away from human blood, right?” Chris asked.

“Yes.” Alec said.

“Well…” Chris said.

“Well what?” Alec asked.

“That’s what they serve at the cafeteria among other things of course.” Chris said.

“This isn’t going to be a nice sight.” Alec said worried.

“What do you mean?” Chris asked confused.

“Well we have no idea how she’ll react.” Shadow said worried. 

“What do you mean how she’ll react? Won’t she just throw up again?” Chris asked.

“That would be the good case scenario, but since there are going to be more persons in the cafeteria we have no idea how she’ll react, but lets hope she doesn’t go on a killing spree.” Alec said worried.
