Hat looked at a missing poster of their friend.
Everyone was counting on Hat to find them, but Hat knew they couldn't.
"Pico.... I'm sorry. But I can't do this. Can you and your partner Y/n go find Melody?"
"Why..?"
"They don't like you much... You might hear Melody complaining about you so it's easier to find them."
Fanon Pico sighs. "Alright..."
"Thank you..."
A day later, with Melody still not found.
Some people started wondering if Melody was ever going to be found. Some lost hope in the investigation.
But Pico didn't give up. He couldn't.
This was his fault, and he knew it. So he's gonna make up for it. No matter what it costs.
Even if it costs his life.
He looked everywhere, except for one place. (Fucking cliches.)
That one place.. the place where it happened.
So, he went... And found Melody, fighting off some random person.
and Melody won duh 🙄.
"Melody..?"
"Pico?? 😟"
Y/n ran over to Pico. "Pico!" Y/n looked at Melody and said "You found them..? Melody it's amazing to see you again!.."
"Melody... There's something I've been meaning to ask.."
"What is it Pico?"
"I... Love you."
Then there was silence.
Y/n looked over to Pico, "Yeah! It's... Great to see Melody again!"
"I mean... Love, love. Y/n.",
"What..."
"I'm sorry, I don't love you anymore. Our love feels.... forced."
