chefs boot camp- chaper 23

so you know waking up in the morning isnt my fav part but considering i woke up to geoff and duncan making harolds underwear into a s'more. this was gonna be funny.  we all walk outside.
"i give it 10 minutes before he notices" geoff says.
"5 dollars on 5 minutes" i say back
"10 bucks on 3"
"10 on 10" geoff adds.
"that means i win 20 bucks sweet" i said back
.... we waited.
"duncan's out it's been over 3 minutes"  i said.

2 minutes later Harold came out.
"20 bucks give it to me" i said. they placed the cash in my hand.
"WHO MADE MY UNDIES INTO SMORES" harold yelled.
duncan and geoff started laughing.
"guys why would you do that to poor harold" i said back.
"thank you y/n"
"no problem" i started laughing. "buddy" i walked back to duncan and geoff.
"at least someone is nice to me" harold said before walking away.
"CAMPERS TO THE DOC IN 9:00"
we all walked to the doc not understanding anything.
"one person will be removed.... one by one until one person is left winning for their team.... YOU ARE TO CALL ME MASTER CHEF" his voice rang.
"you have to hold canoes over your head who ever drops out has to ring that bell at the end of the doc of shame"
and with that i stood in front of duncan. and harold was well in front of me and geoff was in front of harold. courtney was behind duncan.

3 hours in.... and it's getting hard to keep it up.
but geoff used a fishing net to fish harolds underwear and that was kinda funny..... i was laughing
"what's so funny y/n" chef asked looking at me.
"oh nothing"
"drop was give me 10"
"huh what?"
"10 push-ups dumb-as......." he was about to say....
"OOOO IM TELLING CHRISSSSS"
"JUST FOCUS ON THE HOLDING" he yelled back.
"how the fuck did you get out of that" duncan asked.
" he messed up by trying to call me a dumbass" i said back.
we were officially 5 hours in.... i think i lost track of time.
"i give up" lindsay said.
"no don't" owen tried to stop her. that's when i heard the bell and dropped the canoe. "FINALLY" i yelled out.
dinner now.
"here's food it's garbage from breakfast" he said
"i'd rather not" gwen said.
that's when everyone saw chef walk out with some actual food.
"from chris. he said your not allowed to skip meals anymore" chef said giving me a small bowl of ramen.
"THATS NOT FAIR" courtney and heather both said.
"gwen duncan... bridge... geoff. y'all want some?" i asked to which they all nodded. and we proceed to split the food. it was good. i think. i don't know. they might not have enjoyed it.
"what i would kill to have more" gwen said.
i watched duncan and geoff walk to harold.
"is that a cup of piss?" i asked.
"here harold since we've been mean you can't have some apple juice"
"thank you guys" i watched as he drank it. and then spit it all out.
"oh sorry must have been kitchen grease" duncan said laughing.
"DUNCAN STOP" courtney said yelling at duncan.
"stop this behavior at once"
duncan rolled his eyes.
"enjoy your garbage" he said walking away.
"dude she totally wants you" geoff spoke to duncan.
"i know" he said cocky.
fantastic my boyfriend is a bitch.
i pulled out a vape and quickly hit it. so no one noticed.
"do i smell.....blue raspberry.... wait. mint" gwen asked.
"noooo...?" i said back maybe a little to shady.
"it's a vape let me see it i've been a fiend since i got here" she asked. sooo i let her.
since when did so many people vape here?
duncan also took time to hit it.
"i'm buzzed as fuck right now" gwen said literally not being able to stand. we all had to sleep.
"your own bunk y/n" chef said to me.
to which i went to my own bunk.
i looked at duncan who looked... sad?

"CAMPERS ITS 5 AM REPORT TO THE FIELD" chef said.

of course you were already awake. and talking to chef.
"so y/n when your out your gonna help me keep these punks in line" chef said i nodded. that's when i watched chef pull out a box and play music.
making everyone dance?
i watched as duncan turned off the music.
"drop end give me 20" chef said to duncan.
he did as told. even tried to show off a little for me. i could tell because he kept looking at me and would wink.
