So pretty much Dean and Sam got caught by the vampire nest they were hunting and as they were trying escape Dean made Sam go without him so he could hold them off.

Dean did end up killing all of them but he got hurt in the process.

Dean dragged himself out of the warehouse/ vampires nest and made his way to the car that thankfully Sam hadn't driven away without him in.

As soon as Sam saw dean he shot out of the passenger seat and ran to him to help him to the car.

"I'm fine Sammy, I don't need your help"

"Shut up" said Sam as they made their way to the car with dean despite saying he doesn't need help, leaning on sam.

Sam put him in the passenger seat and took the keys.

Dean passed out pretty much the second he sat down in the car.

When they got home Sam shook dean awake and they both got out of the car with dean finally being able to stand and walk on his own again.

They headed into the bunker and found cas waiting for them.

"How did it g-" he paused once he saw dean and ran over to help him.

"Here dean let me heal you" he said as he lifted his hand up to do it.

"No cas" said dean shoving past both him and his brother "I'm fine I don't need help" but even so he winced as he walked down the steps and headed to his room.

"Why won't he let me heal him" said cas questioningly to Sam.

"I don't know he's just stubborn like that"

Cas, not satisfied with no for an answer headed to deans room.

He didn't care how he would do it but he would make dean let him heal him.

"What do you want cas" said dean as cas walked in and closed the door.

"What I want is for you to let me heal you" cas replied making his way slowly to dean.

Dean getting pissed off stood up and shoved cas against the wall "Look I get that you want to heal me cas but I don't want to be healed, I don't deserve to be healed"

"Don't say that dean"

"It's true"

"Well then I'll just have to find a way for you to enjoy being healed so this argument won't happen again next time" said cas flipping them so dean was pinned against the wall.

"And how will you do that" scoffed dean

"Like this"

Cas pressed his lips into deans fiercely and kept on kissing him over and over all over his lips and neck until he felt a slight push and dean saying "cas what are yo-" but let out a soft moan before he could finish.

"I'm doing what I know we both want to do" breathed cas in between kissing dean and pulling off deans jacket and shirt. He pushed dean onto the bed and trailed soft kisses all down his stomach as dean ran his hands through cas's soft curls and moaned. Every time his lips touched deans skin he healed his cuts and bruises until they were all gone except a few faint scars.

Cas noticed dean getting tired so he laid a few more kisses on him and pulled himself up so they were face to face.

"Now, will you let me heal you next time you get hurt"

"Yeah, maybe I'll start getting hurt on purpose" dean smirked.

Cas looked disapprovingly at him and said "no dean"

"Fine" sighed dean as he turned over and cas pulled him into his arms and pressed a kiss into his head.

"Good"

Dean tired from everything that happened that day fell asleep quickly in cas's arms.

Even though cas doesn't sleep he still closed his eyes reminiscing the time with dean and layed there all night with him.

A/N: can you guys give me tips to make these better cause I've never really written anything before, and also sorry it's so short I just have zero motivation and can barely get out of bed every day so sorry if I don't update much but I'll try my best.
