Years spent running from her childhood and her traumas left her constantly second-guessing the people around her until she moved to Seattle and she discovered the true feeling of being home. She's healed from past traumas or so she thinks. And she wants a new start or a new way of life. There is nothing that will stand in her way of becoming a kick-ass surgeon even those whom she thought she'd said goodbye to years ago.
