San's POV :

'' sannie wake up boy , we will be late' my mom said turning the light on
'' why ? '' i whined stretching out , i reached for my phone and i immediately sat up
'' why are you waking me up at 4:30a.m mom ? '' i cried like a spoiled kid which made her laugh
'' you said you wanted to see us off at the airport yesterday '' she clarified
'' ah that's true " i said remembering my words '' at what time is your flight ? '' i asked again
'' in an hour '' she said sitting in my bed next to me and caressed my hair looking at me fondly
'' mom it's not like we won't see each other again '' i said trying to comfort hair when i noticed the tears in her eyes
'' i know sannie , but ... '' she cut herself off to wipe the tears away '' it's the first time you won't come with us and you refused to go stay with your cousin '' she explained and i smiled taking her hand in mine
'' mom , i understand that you are worried but i am gonna be fine . It's tiring to study by myself just because we need to change the country every two months because of your jobs , i respect you but it wasn't the best for me '' i said and she nodded in understanding . I was always thankful for having open-minded and understanding parents .
'' what an emotional moment '' my dad fake cried from the door making both of us laugh '' anyways do you want to have a snack or something before we leave ? '' he asked and i shook my head standing up
'' i will eat when i am back , it will be almost time for breakfast '' i said and he nodded
'' wear something warm , you may get sick from the morning's cold breeze '' my mom said as she also left the room .
I put on a hoodie and a random jean before going downstairs where their suitcases were already prepared
'' you didn't forget anything right ? '' i asked them and they both checked the necessary things before we got into the cat , my mom kept looking at me from the car's mirror , she is always so caring and emotional .
We walked to check the tickets
'' you are righr sannie ? We can still take you now '' she deseperately said and i just smiled and nodded
'' i am sure mom , i promise ''
'' we are ready to go '' my dad said
'' son , you can always join us , call us everyday , we would like to get some updates about the dorms you are going to . I left the credit card on the table , use it the way you want , contact us if anything happens or if you need something '' he said patting my shoulder and i nodded before hugging him
'' don't worry about me , take good care of yourself , don't forget to take your medecine too '' i chuckled and he nodded
'' sannie , my baby '' my mom said hugging me and i did so too '' you grew up so fast '' she said and i just laughed
'' you should leave now , have a safe trip , i love you '' i waved at them as they walked away . I watched them disappear before letting a sigh out and walking to the car again , this time i drove . I put on soft music and opened the windows and started thinking about how this high school is gonna be .
When i arrived home, i prepared my breakfast before eating while watching videos on tiktok . After that , i put my suitcase in the car and changed into formal clothes and made sure everything is ready , i got into the car again , it was 7:06 a.m , i still had almost an hoir for school to start , i started driving to my distination and a new life .
When i arrived , i searched for the administration to get a room and my papers
'' excuse me '' i stopped a man who was passing by
'' can i know where is the office in where i am supposed to get the time table and those stuff ??? I asked and he smiled before walking with me
'' are you new here ? '' he questionned and i nodded
'' yes , i just transferred to here, i am Choi San '' i said and he nodded
'' i am Park Seonghwa . Here it is , good luck '' he waved and left .
I knocked and went in once i got the permission
'' oh hello Mr.Choi , here is your time table , you are in class A-6 , and there's only one problem '' she said with apologitic eyes
'' and what is it maam ? '' i asked
'' we didn't find an empty room for you , do you mind sharing a room with someone ? '' she asked and i thought about it , it will be really good , i will feel less lonely i guess
'' it's fine , i don't mind'' i smiled and she let a sigh
'' thanks god '' she laughed and  i smiled
'' you are in room ... 655 , there's one key and it's with the owner .good luck sir ''
'' thank you '' i bowed politely and left the office letting a sigh out .
