Chapter 10

When I walked in I was filled with hugs from my mom and brother.

"We missed you so much!" Mom and my brother shouted.
"But you need to go and pack we're moving Monday."
"Tomorrow will be your last day at school." she said

"Wait I thought we were moving next Thursday?"

"We were but how it is Monday the people who are buying our house want it now."

Great. I haven't even told my best friends yet that I'm moving. and now I only have a day left to tell them. I stormed into my room with anger until I got a text.

After this I felt 10 times better. well it was only 10 pm but I'm tired. So I fell asleep because I had school the next morning and I had to prepare to tell my friends I'm moving.

The next morning-----

*beep *beep *beep screamed my alarm clock at 6 am. I just threw it across the room got up and got ready. I didn't feel like dressing up nice so I just put on my favorite sweater, a scarf, leggings, and my uggs. I curled long blonde hair and put on my makeup.

I drove my brother to school then myself. I looked like the saddest person ever walking in. As I cried I walked over to my best friends and told them the sad news. Surprisingly they weren't mad that I waited the last minute to tell them. I wait at the last minute for a lot of stuff. We shed a lot of tears and walked to class. They stayed by my side the entire day. I am so glad I have friends like them but how am I going to find ones as good as them. North Carolina is going to be tough. Especially since it's the middle of the school year.
