I know this is a sorta random, out of nowhere character, but I had an idea :3
I wanted to give Shizuka a kinda long lost acquaintance, not exactly a friend, but someone who knows him from way back. Somebody who brought him back up when he was down, or back to earth when he couldn't think straight :3 I imagine they would meet when they were kids, but at UA would make sense too, that's up to you after all! I'll break down the character for the most part-
Ruin Todoroki, a girl just around the same age as Shizuka. She hails from the Todoroki family, Endeavor's first born daughter with Rei. Her twin brother was the eldest son, Touya Todoroki. Both of them were claimed as failures, Ruin was born with the name Toka, but she changed her first name when she turned 21 years old, to leave her failures behind. However she kept her last name, keeping her family that she loved at heart.
Much like Touya, she gave up wanting to be a hero, but much quicker. She was assumed to be the result of quirk cancellation, resulting in her being deemed quirkless. In reality, her quirk simply stayed dormant for much longer then normal. When she was seven years old, she fell incredibly ill, being taken to the hospital with the inability to breathe. Her quirk activated out of nowhere, and put her body into shock
She named her own quirk, calling it "Bang". It allows her to use simple phrases to cause something to happen, such as causing a heart attack by looking at the target and saying "no beats" or freezing them in place by saying "stop". She can even turn her hands into guns, pointing a finger gun at the target and saying "Bang", hence the name of her quirk.
Much like her siblings, she was pushed by her father, who gave up on her when Shoto was born. Despite this, she grew to love all her siblings, just not their father. She was the only one who knew where Touya really went when he faked his death, and she's the only one that still knows the real Touya burried under the person called Dabi.
She graduated UA, one of the top students in A class. She left home, and soon became top of one of the top hero agencies in the country, even topping Endeavor agency by a landslide. She enjoys visiting her siblings, especially Shoto, who confides in her.
She still goes by Ruin, and is married to the pro hero Midnight (I imagine the way she gets in contact with Shizuka again is an invitation to the wedding:3)
She is a very dull person, not one to act exited about anything. Shes reserved and tends to be emotionally distant to anyone aside from her wife. Shes still nice, she can just be blunt at times
