"Ms Phy" Rue never knew the women's real name, and mixed up the color purple with the color Blue
A woman assumed to be born quirkless, named Faye Valentine. She was from England, and is a bit older then Rei Todoroki, making her about the same age as Enji Todoroki. When at a doctor's visit it was found that an illness was suppressing her quirk, they cured it and gave her use of it.
She has a stage 7 memory and intelligence quirk, making her on par with UA principal Nezu. However, where Nezu's quirk made him smart in the sense of planning ahead and having whitty vocabulary and comebacks, Faye can solve any equation or puzzle in a matter of seconds, and her memory is picture perfect. She came to Japan to see her brother, Present Mic, when the leauge took her to help with the Nomu project. She was taken half a year ago, which is when Mic called in a Missing Person report

Faye is naturally a tired and quiet person, but is pretty nice to almost everyone. Some random facts include:
She is the older sister to Present Mic
Her last name is different because she was married to a man in England, she is currently Divorced
She is the God Mother to Katsuki Bakugo, as she was incredibly close to his Father. The boy actually cares a great deal about her, to the point where he was devastated when she went missing
Before having the ability to use her quirk, she had bright blonde hair, but after she was able to use it it turned blue
When coming to visit Japan her purpose, aside from visiting her family, was to get a job as UA's assistant principal. Nezu himself offered the job to specifically her and refused to give the job away when she went missing (she was enrolled in the millitary in England, and is proficient in combat. Not to mention she has a close bond with the trouble children, Bakugo and Izuku)
She is 15 years older then her brother, making her the same age as Endeavor. She is the one who created Aizawa's scarf, and trained him and Hizashi when they were growing up.
She is very good with handling all kinds of quirks, just ask Hizashi who handled his bullies-
She is one of the few people who intimidate both Bakugo and Aizawa, if looks could kill she'd be deadly.
She actually grew up with Enji and Toshi, being abandoned by her two best friends when they got their quirks, and she never got hers. In her younger days she was bubbly and sweet, but as she grew up, she became quiet and reserved. When she was able to get her quirk in her 20's, her friends had already left her behind, so she left to find her purpose in England, but never did.
In her Teens, she was actually in a relationship with Enji, who broke her heart when he left her. She didn't have a good enough quirk to make him stronger, so he married Rei instead.
Faye married a man named Lucas in England, who had a weaker fire quirk. She was unhappy, despite what happened she still lost her heart to Enji. They wound up Divorcing, and she moved back to Japan

She actually did have a son with Enji before he left her, a boy named Touya, he left her when Touya was 3, and took the boy with him.
