"That movie was so funny." Chaz laughed.
"Paranormal Activity is shit." Ryan said.
"I'm saying its shit not the shit." He added.
"We know." I laughed.
"Jason!" I heard Jackie yell from the front door.
I ran to it and opened it.
She was struggling to hold her brother up.
He had bruises all over him.
I help her get him to the couch.
"What happened?" Alex asked.
"Who did this to him?" He asked again.
"His dad. James tried talking to him but..." Jackie explained.
"Why?" I questioned.
"He was trying to tell him to come back to him and his mom."
"He's a fucking prick." James scoffed.
Two Hours Later
"I'm so worried about him, his mom's in the hospital, his dad beat her too but she's worse."
"Do you guys wanna stay here for a while? I mean his dad might come looking for him."
"Are you okay with that?"
"Yeah of course." I smiled.
"His mom was stabbed and she lost a lot of blood, too."
"His dad did that?"
"Yeah, they're looking for him."
"I could help find him."
"You don't have too."
"He hurt innocent people, why should I not?" I said.
"Okay."
I hugged her.
"I love you, and I will do anything for you."
"I love you too."
"You're all that matters to me. No one can ever take you away from me."
